I've worked in insurance for many years, owning my own agency and I can tell you, these professionals care and that's why I stay. I had the best experience with these folks, Stacie was extremely helpful and ran quote after quote for me trying to find the best rates. She was super patient and friendly! Of course the only other review is from someone who works there. Stacie is probably the one who dropped the ball when I cancelled my insurance. A month ago I called and canceled and was just recently wondering where my refund was. She said she couldn't find any record of it. Total incompetent office. Too busy throwing the ball to their dog. Problems with this office ,hard to get them to answer the phone and they tried to deny a claim when my house got broken into. Now they just forgot to cancel my insurance and send me paperwork to sign... People are like that when the money goes the other way . Keep shopping. We went to farmers. Cheaper.
