This company is run by incredibly evil people. My father was murdered. His wallet was stolen. Then the house was vandalized and broken into repeatedly. It was also put into mortgage fraud. It was such a dark and scary thing. It shattered our world. Then I reached out to Auto owners. My father had a policy for two decades with them. The agent he and I worked with, Nancy, literally lied to me in order to keep from assisting me in recovery from the damages. She also worked with the fraudulent mortgage company to help themselves in sabotaging us more. It's heartbreaking, the people that we pay to protect us will leave us in ruins after years and years of loyalty on our end. Everything my father worked his entire life for was destroyed and stolen and our insurance company denied help then canceled our policy. True tragedy...

The name of the game is Customer Service. No company is perfect, but RACHEL and MELANIE come close. I've worked in insurance for many years, owning my own agency and I can tell you, these professionals care and that's why I stay. So if you still want that intimate personal service done effective and right, this agency is your best choice.

Of course the only other review is from someone who works there. Stacie is probably the one who dropped the ball when I cancelled my insurance. A month ago I called and canceled and was just recently wondering where my refund was. She said she couldn't find any record of it. Total incompetent office. Too busy throwing the ball to their dog. Problems with this office ,hard to get them to answer the phone and they tried to deny a claim when my house got broken into. Now they just forgot to cancel my insurance and send me paperwork to sign... People are like that when the money goes the other way . Keep shopping. We went to farmers. Cheaper.
