They would not cancel my subscription and continued to bill my account after calling multiple times asking to cancel. It even overdrafted and they continued to bill. Update! And a month after posting this they have charged me AGAIN..

Aquatic systems are terrible, almost every system had a fish under observation tag but the tanks weren't plugged and filtered independently so the disease can just circulate the rest of the system. Circulation in many parts was non-existent with a noticeable layer of film on top of the water. Old food is also noticeable in many tanks growing white mold from Over feeding.

5 STAR SERVICE ....Emma was working in the fish department cleaning tanks and I stopped her to ask for help on Betta fish...she was very kind stopped what she was doing and helped me with picking out what I needed! Thanks again Emma for your customer service and kindness. I appreciate the knowledge you have about fish and the care you taught me that they need. Emma shared with me her love of fish and didn't try to upset me, she was honest and I will be coming back after 4 weeks, when my water is clean. Having a pet takes patience because it is their life and your giving them a home is what Emma taught me! ...Please give this girl a dollar raise... companies need to spend more on the knowledgeable people who are excited to help...please provide a bigger paycheck for her in return for her great service... I will be shopping at this store from now on! Also customer service at the counter Ryan, was very polite and caring about the products! Thankyou ! Outstanding store workers ...also the girl who needed to talk to Emma to save a fish was very polite and I appreciate that as well!

Manager working today terrible said she would not sell my son a geko bc he’s had one animal so far?. Terrible. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend that’s so unprofessional

We have always used petco grooming. My cooper is ALWAYS groomed by Stacy and we have always been very happy with her! Shes sweet and cooper seems to do well with her as well have never had any complaints. We will continue to schedule with her! We do a shorter cut because his hair grows so fast and mats quickly.

Getting Crickets is always stressful for me because I only need 20 a week and I get stuck behind someone ordering a million things or I can't find the fish people or I call ahead and it doesn't work..
BUT FINALLY
A STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE
At this Portage Petco. I called and let the girl know I was 10 minutes out and they had the fish person ready when I got there and the whole process was smooth sailing and I am so grateful and will be back next week for my Nessie who loves these stupid crickets lol

I would not recommend their grooming at all! I was new there, no hello, introduction, who was going to be grooming my dog etc. I went over what I wanted and told them to leave the wick of my dog near his privates due to the breed needing this as a puppy so he doesn't get pee all over himself. She said okay, well she cut it! The groom in total cost me 72 dollars and I couldn't tell you what she did except his feet and the under belly is ruined. Not worth 72 dollars! Clearly they aren't trained in dogs that are not poodles, doodles, etc.

Haley is very nice and so is Gavin, they both helped me with a price match with no rebuttle. Online a product was half off what it was in store and they were very nice about fixing the price for me. Most places the employees are rude when you have a problem like that. These two were very nice and did it no problem.

The woman handled Odin perfectly. Odin is a little skittish and this was his first bath. She reported that he did well except for the blow dryer so he came home a little wet but I am so happy there wasn't any emotional trauma.
