The Vet at this location really cares about her furry clients. She made a payment plan I could afford to ensure my pup will be healthy safe And vaccinated when she was due. Absolutely horrible service. Paid for vetco and cannot get any service. They wrote a script for my pet. They won’t even verify the prescription for 7 business days and when they do verify they tell the pharmacy I don’t have a prescription when I have an email confirmation. You can’t speak to anyone past customer service that just tells you to wait another 7 days. The worst customer services and plain service I’ve ever had not worth saving a couple dollars be having a actual legit veterinarian.

April 13th I took my 3 amigos to Petco I asked for a full groom for each and their nails clipped and smoothed with a Dremel. I explained they were almost 16 years old and had issue one had a really bad eye! Their faces might be difficult! They said they would call me if their was a problem. No call ! Storms nails haven't been clipped properly and no Dremel was used. He's chewing them. I'll never go back!

Unfixed vet is the biggest drawback, there are good and bad, unfortunately, I met an unprofessional one today, I feel that she is very afraid of a slightly larger dog, even in the friendly situation of the dog Now, she still asked the nurse to put a mask on the dog. After putting on the mask, she didn't dare to do a simple examination on the dog when the nurse was hugging the dog. She only dared to hide behind the dog and get an injection! Then usually this kind of person, before the customer has any complaints about her, she will give you a badass first, and she will tell you that your dog needs behavior training. I suspect that she is making excuses for her unprofessionalism! Haha, of course I won't stop going there because of her, but if I see her again next time, I will definitely cancel the appointment on the spot and leave! I believe my dog sensed her unkindness and was unhappy to be home! I hope I don't meet her again, I don't want to mention her name, although it is on the report card! This is the only way I can describe her, a middle-aged woman of Indian accent! Hope you can miss her!

Everyone I encountered was helpful and kind. So wish I'd been more organized and less hurried when I picked my pup up from grooming. I thought the cut on her head and face looked odd but she has very fine hair. Once I got her home and looked I was horrified. Uneven cut, difference of 2-3 inches. Mats left in. Hair on ears. and face just thinned. Not trimmed overall. I asked her legs get shaved down do to snow. Not done. Muzzle doesn't look washed or cut. This is a ten pound morkie that they stated cooperated very well. Usually it takes 2+ hours to groom her. It was less than 90 minutes. I can see why. Nails look barely trimmed but not buffed of filed. Truly the worse cut ever.

I just visited the website, I'm looking to get my cat fixed and was a tad bit confused on how to go about getting into there vet so I just went on a different website and found the Humane Society. Other than that I've always liked Petco, they're always friendly and knowledgeable when I go into their store so I do highly recommend visiting their store! But the website is a tad bit confusing...
