We were very disappointed yesterday. We ordered the meats pizza with half also including black olives and mushrooms. What we received was a pizza that included onions and green peppers:( we also did not receive the additional garlic sauces we purchased for an additional $5. We usually love Papa John’s but will now need to reconsider. I gave it 3 stars only because I liked the cheese stuffed crust.

It's been about a month since I've been to this Papa John's but they were also grabbing the pepperoncini peppers with their bare hands. Do they think people don't eat them?

Ordered through grubhub , my pizza is inedible due to it being barely cooked. The crust is still dough, if only they let it cook 5 more mins. Ordered a 10 piece breadsticks and got 7/10 idk if the delivery person was hungry or the people were just lazy. Just gonna stick to my options on doordash from now on.

Received a text saying my order is ready for pick up. I went inside to pick up my order and it wasn’t even ready. No big deal. As I am standing there waiting for my order, the employees were swearing and not being professional. Employees were not talking nicely about a DoorDash pickup order. It appears that there is lack of customer service/management. I hope this company can provide better service in the future.

Don't go here often because we are from out of town but are never disappointed when we get a pizza from here. No matter what kind we get.

Such a big disappointment for our kids, they where so excited to get a heart shaped pizza and one was burn and the other half the toppings where missing and it wasn't really shaped like a heart.

The experience here is hell. I will never go to papa john again. Uou works are alway smoke weed at work. Bad customer service.

On 01/23/2024 I went to pick up my food and one of the workers was picking his ear. Never washed his hands after and then started to put the pizza box’s together. That is unexceptable from a food business. I use to be a manager for a food business and people would be written up for this.

I ordered extra pepperoncini peppers as I ALWAYS do with my papa John’s order. They’re honestly my favorite part of the order. Was give 1 pepper. Called to get a refund and was told by the rude employee that “no one’s ever told her to add more than one”. I’ve ordered from papa John’s so many times and I know they give 4-5 usually when you add an extra side of the peppers. Not sure why she was so rude but I’ll be waiting on my refund. :)

Majority of the time there’s no issues with good customer experience. But on December 13 I ordered wings and got a box full. The photo speaks for itself. I couldn’t add it here so I posted in photos.

First of all, an Indian man who was hard to understand answered the phone. He took the order and the call was something like 10 minutes for a simple order that he for some reason couldn’t understand. We went back and forth on the pizza and the fact that we wanted half pepperoni/ half supreme. Finally after about three times explaining it, he read the order back and said he got it.When we got the food, the pizza was completely wrong! Not even pepperoni on it at all. The papa bowl we ordered without cheese had cheese, and the extra marinara we ordered wasn’t given to us, but we got extra garlic sauce.We found out that papa John’s uses a call center for their orders. Note to PJ: this is a quick way to go out of business if there’s not QC on your call center workers. It’s a poor user experience to have to constantly explain a simple order, especially for it to end up being wrong.

Been coming here for years and recently it's fallen apart. Sometimes I come in and only 1 person is working on a Friday night. Today I walked in with 12 people already in line. People waiting 20 plus min to just talk to the register person. My pizza was just sitting there but since I was the last in line my pizza sat in oil and got soggy to where it fell apart upon eating at home. Workers here don't care anymore. I live 20 min away so I'm not coming back to have you take 30 min to remake my pizza and make me wait 20 min to get it after it comes out of the oven. Needs new management and workers. I'd give negative stars and tips. Y'all don't deserve a minimum wageWhat a joke of a storeEdit 10/20/23 no refund yet. "manager" at store said I'd be given refund. He lied. No refund. Contacted Papa John's support and no history of refund. My bank will be taking care of this matter because it's been disputed.

So frustrating. This place hosed me for the last time. I work just down the road and we cater for the teams often. I called for 6 pizzas. I was told 45 minutes. When I went to get them 60 minutes later there was a line out the door. Once I finally got to the counter they told me it would be another hour. So my whole team had no food for our Halloween party. Went across the st and Pizza Hut had a order ready in 25 minutes. I genuinely like Papa Johns but strongly encourage everyone to Avoid this location. Especially all my friends at work, order elsewhere.
