They don't stand behind their free testing that they advertise. I needed something tested so I wasn't buying a part I don't need. They turned me away saying they don't have time for that. There were two employees standing around when I was there with no customers. If You buy the wrong electrical part your stuck with it. They don't except returns on electrical parts.

Cody is a star! Drove over an hour to get to this store to pick up GL4 transmission fluid that no one else had within 150 miles of my house! He saved me a bottle. Too man!

The store was clean and organized. If you know what you’re getting and how to do it, this will be a standard experience for you. I feel like every auto parts shop is a little short staffed currently so there was a little wait, but that is no one’s fault.
I went to buy windshield wipers today, and I always put off stuff like that because I usually do need help since I don’t do very much car maintenance, but when I bought them the guy at the register said “good luck.” Which I feel like if you’re gonna be condescending, you should be helpful about it. His coworker was really nice and just switched them out for me when I went back in and asked for help. I am very loyal to O’Reilly because I have never had that kind of experience prior to this one.

Caleb did a great job helping me install a replacement battery. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and I would recommend Caleb and the team anytime you’re in need of assistance.

Outstanding customer service! I wish I knew the name of the guy who helped me with my headlight, but he was very knowledgeable and quick to help. Would give ten stars if I could!

Kalamazoo store; I needed the low beam light bulb replaced in car. Package of 2 purchased. Young man was able to replace both headlights. He identified a safety issue where I had new battery replaced an arm that secures battery in place was missing; too much movement of battery could cause positive or negative cable to break and possibly induce a fire under the hood. I purchased the replacement and he secured the battery.All work done in O'Reilly parking lot in about an hour!I am comfortable going thete again or calling with questions.As I drove away...I forgot to ask his name..but Thank you!

Just went here and got a new battery and installation by Cody. I HATE dealing with anything cars. Of all the dreadful things, cars may be the most dreadful to me. My house could burn down and I'd be like "well at least it's not an issue with the transmission." Cody was so helpful and informative! No stress. Completely straightforward. Had fun chatting with him, too. He laughed at my dad jokes. Thank you so much!!
