“My daughter's car overheated in the mall parking lot (during her first driving lesson!) and Ray just happened to be taking his break in a shady spot near us. He came over to help us and I couldn't be more grateful!!! I didn't know what to do and he offered to help.

I could write a book about how amazingly supportive and awesome he was, but in a nutshell:
-- he went out of his way during his break to help us
-- he was incredibly helpful and calm when I was panicking
-- he told us we could have the car looked at at the shop -- and called and asked them to do it right away -- and they did it -- and fixed it -- the SAME DAY!!!

I have Triple A, so we had the car towed there to be extra cautious and the tow truck driver asked why I was having the car towed to a tire shop when the engine was overheating. Kzoo Tire does so much more than tires!!

Ray was an angel (and I tried to offer him some cash because I was so grateful and he declined -- he's one of the nicest strangers I've ever met) -- and I couldn't believe that they fit us in the same day. It ended up only being a fuse (easy fix), but the kindness and support was extraordinary.

“UPDATE: 4 DAYS LATER... my oil is dry and leaking empty. Spent 140 dollars just to have it leak out because the plug wasnt put back in correctly. Thankfully I wasnt in-between Michigan and Terre Haute, IN when I realized this. Very disappointed. Hopefully my engine isn't blown. I give credit where credit is due but this was unacceptable

“This is one of the best auto shops I've been too. First off the customer service is top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. Got a alignment on a Friday, and before either even made it home got a lady hit my truck. I called Tuffy and asked if they would check the alignment due to the crash. They said heck yeah bring it up and we'll check it out. Took it 930 am this morning and they pulled it in and checked it. Fantastic service and great customer service! Thanks so much Tuffy!!”

“Its a Great Great Place, good service, nice employees, no wait is about the normal price, but I got premium everything, so it costs a lot more than normal doesn't have to wait long for the whole oil change and they were very informative. Specially to a girl who normally has her dad do her oil changes. They also let me know that I had some other things wrong with the vehicle that I wasn't aware of.”
