“Amazingness! These guys saved the day! Had a bit of a melt down when my phone completely froze up on me. Drove to the store immediately and within 30 seconds they had me up and running again. Also, they showed me what to do in case it ever happens again.”
“Ethen is the only employee in this company that has a lick of sense in his brain. He has helped me throughout the last 3 years with both of my personal accounts and 2 different business accounts. The ONLY account that was set up without a single issue, was the one business account that I was able to set up with him directly. My personals and other business account on the other hand, he has had to fix after creation because the people who sold them to me didn't know what they were doing. I also went through the ringer on the phone with the business customer service and warranty folks, only to get NO HELP and be told I'd be responsible for paying for a replacement that was within 90 days. I even called the manufacturer (per the AT&T rep's instruction) to attempt to file a claim, to be told by the manufacturer that AT&T is, in fact, supposed to be the ones to file the claim. I finally had enough and got ahold of Ethen, to which he informed me that I WAS still within warranty, and the only way I would be billed is if the device was water damaged/had been mishandled (it doesn't/hasn't been). He handled the issue within a 10 minute text conversation after I had spent hours of my life on the phone with other reps to receive no help.
FTR, the 5 stars is for Ethen, not AT&T as a whole. I have no idea what he's making, but it's not enough when he's the only one who actually cares about customers to keep them coming back. If it wasn't for him, we'd have 0 accounts with AT&T at this point.”
