Had my brakes looked at. They were very informative and after their evaluation, they took me to my vehicle and shown me the problem areas. They game me their recommendations. It was an easy process and they worked with me. Highly recommended!

Great experience! I had an oil change done here and felt the manager was very honest about issues they came across and not pushy to sell extra needed work. Tanaesha did a great job with my car and I was done in one hour. Will be returning.

I’ve gone to the Midas on Westnedge a few times now for oil changes. They’re always reliable and communicative about appointments. Chris and Tenisha are friendly and knowledgeable, and I feel they are straight up with me about other things that are going on with my car, and I don’t feel like they’re trying to pull anything over on me. I like that they do an inspection even if you just get an oil change, and I’m okay with that making an appointment take longer because I know I’m getting quality service.

Took my car there two different times fir oil changes...one took 3 hours to complete the other 4 hours ..will never go back there again..service sucks...

Started going to the Westnedge Midas location after Allen's Automotive Service closed. After my husband passed away I took my SUV in for an oil change. I asked for Ken, who we had always worked with, but he was no longer working there. The service people knew my husband had passed. I thought it was a little pricier but okay. When I was checking out, I was told I needed 4 new tires to the tune of minimum $800. Now, I bought my car in 2020 and it had new tires at that time. I put less than 10,000 miles on the vehicle in 3 years. Heard of the little ole lady that only drives to church on Sunday? Well, that's basically me. Anyway, I had an OTR truck driver friend check and he said I didn't need new tires. I stopped in to a well known tire only sales store and the gentleman said I didn't need tires at this time. Given the miles I drive, could be over a year. So, I went back to Midas and the manager argued with me and said these two people didn't know what they were talking about and needed to educate (not quite that nice) themselves and Google the Michigan Law regarding tires. So, I asked why a tire only store would turn down a sale of new tires if I needed them. He had no response other than they didn't know the law. I asked if he minded if I relayed that information to the tire only store and he didn't respond. He was condescending, being a jerk and I promptly told him he was taking advantage of a single, gray haired little ole lady and I would not be back and he just walked away. So, I would not recommend them.

This place is awful. I made an appointment for an oil change a week and a half in advance, for an hour long oil change. I don’t know why it takes an hour to do an oil change. I showed up, and they had forgotten to put me on the schedule. I waited around 50 minutes to get my oil change, and then inquired what was taking so long. They said it would take another hour and 20 minutes to get my oil change done. This place is awful! Do not take your car here!As a follow up the owner did reach out and apologize for my experience, and offer to make it right. I’m editing this review because I don’t want to blame the experience I had with 1 or two employees on the whole business..

Super friendly people. They really did everything they could to make sure everything was good and well with my car before I left. I got an oil change and an alignment and while oil changes are pretty easy the alignment process takes time and even though I had to wait longer than I would have liked, the manager made it a nice experience. He was super personable. My only gripe would be that the mechanic left my car a little messy because of the oil grease on his hands but I'll take having to do a quick wipe down for a well running car any day. Would definitely recommend to others!

This place was awful. I scheduled an hour long oil, change a week and a half in advance. It's crazy and even takes an hour to do an oil change. I show off, and they had forgotten to put me on the schedule. I waited around 15 minutes, and then wired into how much longer it would be. They said it would be another hour and 20 minutes before my car was done. The service here is horrendous, do not take your car here!

Was glad they could get me in right away, compared to the 2 others that I called. Price wasn't what I was expecting for it to NOT be the whole muffler, but that was the least of my concern. They phoned me back within 2hrs and my car was quiet again!! Phew!! You can't beat THAT!! Thanks again, Midas!!

I brought in my 2013 dodge dart because I was involved with a flood 2 weeks prior. I met Chris who seemed to be very agitated prior to me walking in the door. It was almost like he didn't want me in the store at all. Almost 20 minutes after I dropped it off he called me back and advised me that I needed a new engine but was not very cooperative in terms of explaining to me or my insurance company as to why I needed a new engine. So after pressing the issue I was told that there was a hole in my engine that was leaking what was believed to be engine oil. So I notified my insurance agent of what I was informed of. So they asked Midas to provide the diagnosis report which Chris seemed to be very slow on getting to them. My insurance company had to call them 7 times for them to finally send them the report. Chris then called me and told me that he “sent the report 20 minutes ago” and he further stated that my insurance company was being very pushy and unprofessional. Ultimately my insurance company decided to total the car out. While I do appreciate the very timely effort to figure out exactly what was wrong with my car, I nor my insurance company appreciated Chris’s inability to provide proper customer service,manage his anger and complete paperwork in a timely fashion.Services: General repairs & maintenance
