We went to the store with a frame of art that needed repaired to see if they could do it. They could not do that type of complicated repair, however they gave us the name of a place we could take it to (and that place is fixing it right now). I am very pleased that they gave us a good recommendation. We also bought 3 frames for other art we need to hang. As always, Michael's has a lot of items in stock and helpful staff too.

Always a good experience when I visit. Love that they still use instore coupons. Associates are always pleasant and helpful.

This "Michael's" location is always well stocked and well staffed.They do a great job of keeping the store clean and easy to navigate. There is always a store associate nearby to help answer questions or help you find what you're looking for.Great retail craft store.Best one in KZOO in my personal opinion.

Placed an order online, got a text it was ready for pickup, didn't think to check my email. That was my bad, I get there and there's only two packages of pens when I used their buy two get one free deal. No big deal, I just wanted to ask how the vouchers would be returned and what would be refunded, or if they wanted to fix it some other way. I'm used to a partial refund or a rain check when they do that from other Michaels stores, as it's a sale made with the expectation of buying more to get more.No, they weren't going to do anything, sorry, you just don't get the free one. The cashier treated it like it was no big deal, and I got a bit frustrated then and said fine, I wanted to do a return so I'd have the earned vouchers for another sale. Rather than asking me two questions - did I pay cash and if so how much - she made me wait for a manager to make sure the return price really was all zeroes. (I had paid with my vouchers only, as I have racked up several and wanted to use them before they expired.)The manager then rudely assumed me to be the problem, and that I wanted money or didn't know how the vouchers worked. No, I know how they work, I simply wanted the vouchers refunded to my account because I wasn't getting the deal I thought I was. She then proceeded to treat me like an absolute idiot and kept repeating herself.Between the rudeness and constant lack of selection, I would suggest any other Michaels. There's a great one in Grand Rapids that I would much rather drive for. Every time I come to this one, there's less options, more expired crafting products (always check their resin) and more rudeness from staff who cannot be bothered to ask questions before jumping to conclusions.I'd give zero stars if I could.

This Michael's has quick and friendly staff and a good selection of items when they are sticked, however due to the area items are often sold out.

I have always loved this store. The staff are friendly. Items are well stocked. Usually good sales and deals too.
