“Amazing place for alterations! I love the way my velvet dress hugs my curves and the slit down the middle was adjusted perfectly! I purchased a semi-cheap dress from a different store so of course the alterations all together cost more than the dress, as I was expecting but 100 percent worth it. I had to make a trip on a separate day to the location downtown for some custom alterations like a built in bra, but I definitely am super pleased with the customer service and they tried their hardest to deliver exactly what I was looking for and succeeded! I would come a month in advanced to do alterations prior to whatever day the event is you plan on wearing your attire - just in case you need more fixing, which I didn’t need but I definitely recommend a month’s preparation just to be safe.”

“It had quality goods and most of the staff were quite friendly with the exception of cashier who was just a tad to overt. As an introvert I found her constant chatter and refusal to allow me a moment to process what she was telling me to be very off putting.
Edit: I just went back. Same quality goods and the staff were friendly without being overbearing. 10/10 would go back!”
“I love jeans that last. Every pair I have bought from here have lasted forever. Today went in for my daughter Ella helped us from the get go. My kid who is not a Jean fan walked out with one pair she really liked and looking at ordering a second pair online because they did not have it in store. She offered to order for us but we said we would hold off for now.

Our grandson is getting married, and my husband needed a new suit. We went to Men's Wearhouse on Westnedge Avenue in Portage, MI and were so grateful we did. The salesman was able to set us up with everything we needed. The outfit we purchased is a perfect fit and stylish. Besides the 3-piece suit, shirts and ties, we purchased a stylish outfit for the rehearsal dinner and an overcoat. We are so pleased with our purchases. Thank you to the talent of this salesperson who was able to understand what we had in mind and deliver the perfect package.

“I visited Macy's today to buy a raincoat. Of course it's already raining. Found one! Still a good selection. Can always count on them.
Sadly, when walking through Macy's, I could feel It coming to an end soon, at least here. There were a few customers. And the one lady on the floor was very helpful.

“Was skeptical of store based on reviews but I had a great experience. Attentive staff, said hello as soon as I walked in, & did everything they could to find and order the shoes I wanted even though they weren't available at the store but could purchase online. Would have given 5 stars but someone told me over the phone the day before that I could have the shoes ordered & sent to store for pickup. They even said they looked first in their computer to confirm but when I got there the very nice lady who helped me informed me otherwise. Sadly I wouldn't have wasted time driving to the retail shop had the person the day before said no. Really if footlocker has the shoe available to purchase online & send to home they should be willing to send to their own location. Makes no sense to me.”

They measured me and found the perfect fit for my body. They didn’t push expensive products and the quality was great . I will definitely be back.”
