Huge line a checkout and over half of the checkout machines were broke. If u refuse to have cashiers, at least have functioning self checkout machines

Deli always do not want to help me fulfill my Instacart order, but does it for Shipt drivers, and the cashier's say they cannot even service us. We have to go to Self checkout!! Rude employees.

I came in to grab dresses for my daughter’s graduation early in the morning. When I came up to checkout the cashier said the price was different than what seemed to be on the sale sign. I asked a worker standing around talking to the cashier (doing nothing) to go over and look at the sign with me and she said she would not because it was the “fashion” department that checks. I told her how close the clothing rack was to the register and she refused and asked me if I took a picture of the sign rather than simply assisting. I called the manager to let her know what occurred and she didn’t seem to care much. They lost out on a $100 sale from me that day and a long time customer from here on out. Horrible customer service at this location for years! Please train your employees!

I was excited when they remodeled this store as it was showing its age. While the remodel turned out fine, it came with a full compliment of shiny new carts.
The problem is these new carts are terrible. The special wheel they have to avoid theft makes it feel like something is stuck in the tire. Thump thump thump throughout the store. Half of them want to veer off in another direction as well.
It may seem silly to give a two star review over carts, but carts are the one thing we spend nearly 100% of the time in the store with. I can’t imagine spending millions renovating a store only to have your customers spend their entire shopping trip annoyed. Is it silly to know off three stars because of carts? Maybe. But this touch point may be one of the most important things in the store…and these new carts are gunna lose them business.
If not outright, then by speeding up the shopping trips and lowering the average cart size.
