We needed a lower mattress and Jonathan Stevens was able to custom make the mattress in Grand Rapids and get it to us very quickly here in Kalamazoo. Our service in the Portage store was very professional, and the staff was very knowledgeable. They were able to get things moving along very quickly. When the bed was delivered, the delivery staff was excellent. We couldn’t be happier and plan to buy our next mattress from Jonathan Stevens!”

“First of all to the people that complain, you can schedule a time. We didnt and we had absolutely no idea how much time this would take doing it correctly. It's the thing that other than money will be the most important thing.We spent hours not minutes not almost an hour but hours with Carma, sorry if I spelled it wrong, but this is exactly what a retail salesperson used to be, I'm about 55 so I remember. Nothing high pressure at all. So very knowledgable about every model.And yes, we went with the most expensive model with all the bells and whistles but everything and I mean everything was answered.I've bought cars and trucks for 3 times the cost and didnt get this level of service. I dont have the bed yet but I already sleep better knowing its coming.I will definitely update this post after we get the bed. To whoever in corporate you need to take a look at this team. I hate shopping and I hate spending money and I hate sales tactics. This store rocks! And it doesn't take major purchases either, the pet supplies plus in Portage got the same rating as did my car purchase. You need to look at this team and take and learn if you have any underperforming stores.”

“We bought our new sectional almost a month ago from a Facebook Friday event. We are very happy with it and appreciated the service we had in the store. I was helped on my first time in by Kellee Davis. She was patient and understanding through all of my questions and indecision. She was knowledgeable about other deals and products that were similar to what we were looking for so that I could compare different options. She gave real advice and opinions on them, instead of pushing like some people in sales tend to do. Unfortunately that day, I couldn’t bring myself to make the decision (but narrowed it down to 2) without my partner being able to check them out with me. We came back later that week to make the decision together. Kellee was off that day, so we were helped by Jeano Williams. He was very friendly and high energy. He was patient with us as we both went back and forth with pros and cons about the sectionals we were deciding between. We ended up coming to a decision and purchasing it that trip. While ringing it up, he was very personable, and we had a nice conversation about a common interest. We ended up having a family member pick it up in-store the next day, and then we put it together ourselves. Luckily, that turned out to be a great decision for us, because it saved us a pretty penny and it was super easy to put together!”
