Worst experience! We ordered flooring for our entire home, carpet and luxury vinyl. It was over 6 weeks from the date we ordered, no one could tell me where my flooring was or when I could expect it! Good luck trying to get a person on the phone at this store, I called daily and would be on hold 20 minutes plus with no luck. I was given the number to the install team, and when I was able to get in touch with them I was given a different answer everytime and told they were still looking into when I was not satisfied with the discrepancy in their information! I finally had enough and asked for a full refund, now I cannot get back in touch with the manger if the store, Colin, to find out what is taking so long and where my money is! Take your business elsewhere, this store is a mess!

As good as I anticipated. Prices still high from stickyflation but had most of what I needed that day. Got a good deal on a scratch & dent door and was happy with the sidewalk primer & paint.

I am rating one experience and not my overall years of experiences. I bought a dishwasher and a 5 year extended warranty. I had problems immediately and when I contacted the store, the gal who helped me with the sale said she would call me to help but never did. I was directed to contact the manufacturer because it was less than 12 months old. I did and had more problems after the manufacturer came and fixed it. Again, I contacted the store and said I really wanted a refund at thos point. Again they directed me to contact the manufacturer. Amd were very hands off. I then called the store and wanted to talk to the general manager to discuss my concerns over the lemon dishwasher and the confusion of the warranty. The person taking my message said she would let the manager know but seriously doubted she would call me back. Never heard back from them.
Felt I was sold a lemon and why buy a Lowe's extended warranty? Poor follow through on their end to help correct the dissappointed and dissatisfied customer.

Maria was extremely helpful in my hectic household projects, when i first got the store i was frustrated and irritated and I couldn't find anything i was looking for and Maria went to several aisles with me and brainstormed several options and ideas i could do for my project. By the time I left i was happy and I got what I needed. She was an amazing help and extremely professional and her positive attitude was exactly what I needed in an associate to help me through my chaos. Thank you Maria!

They can't do online/pick-up orders. Check out the other reviews. They haven't figured it out yet. It's as if corporate is making them do online/pick-up orders, but the staff has had zero training and gives zero Fs about figuring out how to do it. I went into the store at 7:30 AM, a time when there are more workers than customers in the store, and it took over 10 minutes for someone reach my order off the shelf in the pick-up area and hand it to me. It was already sitting there, nobody had to go pick the order, someone just had to hand it to me. Next time I'm just going to walk in there and take it myself. They have this high-tech/high-speed check-in process for people picking up online orders, the problem is that nobody monitors it. So you check in, you can see your name on the check-in screen as having checked in and your order is assigned to an employee to get it for you. Maybe that person doesn't exist, because the only way you're getting your order is if some random employee comes up to you and says "Uh... do you need something?" It appears that cooperate set them up with a good process, they just don't have people capable of implementing it. Two stars instead of one because I'm genuinely impressed with the process they have setup. I like that it measured and recorded my 10 minute wait time. All these workers standing around at 7:30 AM, and it takes 10 minutes to get a customer checked out of an online pick-up. Amazing.

I wish I could give them a negative number. I really like having the ability to do curbside but out of 4 experiences, I had one pretty good, one okay, and 2 bad experiences. And most of these were 1-2 items. Surprisingly the one larger order was the good experience.
The good experience was what you expect. However today and 2 times ago, I had to cancel. Today I called to cancel the order at the 30 minute mark. Not “felt like 30”, I counted as I texted my wife when I arrived and saw I sat for 30 min. Yes, it is Saturday so I know it’s busy but there were zero other cars for pick up orders. I eventually left and called. The worker did apologize on the phone this time but last time they actually said “okay I’ll cancel thanks again”. It was obvious they either didn’t get it or didn’t care.
I really do like Lowe’s at this location. But in this case our air conditioner broke at our house so this was for a portable unit that only Lowe’s (3rd place I checked) had them in stock for $450 (pricy compared to others but it was available). Then I sat in the car with a 1 year old and a 3 year old. For. 30. Min. On the day we moved so everyone was already exhausted. It’s 85 and humid right now and we just moved boxes all day. Everyone is exhausted.
Now I worked retail. I’m not mad at workers. But don’t tell me via the app “it’s ready for pick-up” when it is not. I get that I could have taken my kids inside, but t was a lot. We hoped to get this done. But while on hold to cancel it because the robot kept trying to “help me” rather than letting me talk to a worker, my wife was able to contact another store, and have it ready for pick-up before I could cancel it. And I got it a few minutes after successfully canceling. The worker did apologize at the end a bit, but it didn’t seem to shock them like it was an error. I was at least hoping for a “wow, I’m sorry to hear that” or “this isn’t how we like to do things” or “can I have a manager follow up with you Monday”. Nada.
Sigh. Ok rant over. Call me a “Karen” if you will but after 20 years of apologizing to customers for their “French onion soup tasting too much like onions”, I think I’m allowed to be frustrated for this ongoing issue.

Would not recommend them for fence installation projects. My experience with them was terrible. The associates were friendly but very disorganized. They over sold the merchandise to complete my fence project and the fence installers that work for them took the left over materials with them so I was told by Lowes that I could not get a refund until they contact the fence installers to see what happened to the materials Lowes also delivered 30, 50lb bags of concrete for 9 fence post. They installer said it was to much and didn't even need half of what was delivered. When I asked what am I going to due with all this concrete he said call the store and they will pick it up. The store picked it up after three attempts and I was told by the support team they do not refund concrete that they over sold on the project and the extra material they over sold me that was returnable was taken by their installers. So I was overcharge more than $200.00 for this project and they don't care. Their support team always call to make sure I happy with my project and when I discuss my issues with them they tell me they will check into it and call me back on a specific day and no call back I have always used Lowes for all my home projects and have spent several thousand dollars with them and in fairness they won't even correct their mistakes with a store credit or refund is pretty sad to me. I will no longer use this store for my home projects.
