If I would rate them zero I would. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. They continued to charge my card after I had emptied my storage unit and told them that it was emptied. I did my part to ensure it was empty before the following month, yet they can’t seem to answer or return my calls to stop charging me.

Friendly service, quick and easy registration. Even loaned me a padlock without having to pay the $12 to buy one.

Fast and professional service. Good prices for the storage units and clean. I also rented a U-haul and they made sure I had everything I needed, explained the contract and they were open late. Very nice.
