Went in to pick up an online order and Elle greeted me right away. She helped me try on the bra I had purchased. She was so sweet and asked “what do you want”. She then brought me several options and didn’t stop until I found one I wanted to wear out. Buying bras can be a horrible experience but with Elle’s help I left feeling amazing. Best experience at LB ever! She deserves all of the good things! Thanks again, girl!

Best Lane Bryant! They have a ton of stock on both LB & Cacique sides. Rachel is AMAZING & Aliza is great especially with bra fittings! All the ladies working here are so sweet & go above and beyond every time. Always welcoming and happy to help. I drive out of my way to go to this location specifically.

I have had a bad experience while bra shopping at this location, so I was very reluctant to return but I was really in need of a new bra. Alyssa greeted us the minute we stopped in and was a pleasure from start to finish. She was very attentive and so extremely helpful. She definitely made the dreaded experience of bra shopping alot easier.

is it possible for an item (pants) to have a life of 7 months? yes, if you purchased it from #lanebyrant, it is possible. Employees blamed my legs that they had caused this huge tear. why don't the same legs do anything to other products? Employees who make fun of people's intelligence also work here. please avoid to use this brand!

Unfortunately I was not pleased with my experience when I dropped by on a Saturday. I do not usually go into clothing stores in-person, and there were a few associates working and we were greeted by one, but were not really helped (despite the fact it was fairly obvious that I was looking for something in particular). I had to go to the register to request assistance, and it seemed as if I was inconveniencing the associate. I would rather just shop online and deal with the return process if something doesn't work out.

Store personnel are impatient and impolite. The store dressing rooms have garbage in them and the store looks as if it has not been cleaned in sometime. I love shopping with lane Bryant but hate going to their store every time it seems the same person is there and she is so rude I know it is difficult to find employees right now but someone you put in a management position should at least be polite.
