Only reason not a five was he was there for 2nd round of shots after being there not long ago for 1st round and charged for another wellness exam when I told them nothing has changed from last visit.

Came to Lakeview as an emergency visit to euthanize our family dog. they were absolutely incredible. They were patient with us and allow us to grieve and spend time with our girl. They explained everything in detail. They were compassionate and caring. I will continue to come to Lakeview strictly because of the incredible care that I received one of the most difficult times of my life. Thank you, Lakeview for your kindness and humanity.

In person was great, website is not the best and I was given a snarky response on the phone. Also it’s almost 600$ for all the shots for a kitten kinda pricey.

Dr. Harlan and staff were exceptional! Straight forward, informative. I'm giving only 4 stars instead of 5 due to price. The follow up costed $60 for a temperature check and I personally think that's outrageous! I understand businesses need to make money in times like today, but that was too much. $25-$35 would if been more sufficient in my opinion. Other than that, everyone was fantastic and service exceptional!

I've recently relocated and the first vet I went with was not a good fit.
My new client appointment here was absolutely incredible. I spent maybe 30-40 minutes with the vet talking about concerns for my dog. They were compassionate, listened and gave great advice.
I contacted them for a non emergency, but a concern and was able to get an appointment. Again, they treated my dog with care, patience and listened to what happened.
Trying to find a new vet moving away from home shouldn't be hard. The care, compassion, patience and friendliness is so much appreciated. I feel so much better having good vet care for my problematic dog. I would absolutely recommend this clinic for the time they take with you alone.
I appreciate the love and kindness they give to my pup too. Thank you lakeview staff, you've made me feel so much better knowing I have an amazing staff behind my pups care!

Don't seem to have the same care for there patients as the once did. Wait times are longer.

Everyone was great! The vet and her assistant were very thorough and clear. They explained everything to me completely. I have every confidence in Lakeview.
