I had a great experience with Nancy and Anden. The software Anden used to create a 3D image of the room with the furniture it is is amazing! It truly helped to see the whole picture. Thank you so much!

Spent $$$$ on a couch I ordered in May and was told late July delivery date. When I called for an update on my order was told now early September and it wasn't even in production. Called to speak with Matthew Cole, my original salesman, and he was condescending and said the date has always been September and to check my paper work. I reread all of my paperwork and there is no mention of September anywhere on the paper work. Either way his tone and attitude with me was unnecessary. I suppose now that I'm locked into the contract and he has no further sales to gain he sees no reason to be decent. I would make sure you work with a different sales person and even consider a different vendor. Another salesman Michael called to try to rectify the damage done by Matthew. If you do use lazyboy I recommend you work with Michael as he went out of his way to help me when it wasn’t even an issue caused by him.

Michael was good to deal with. He knows the products we were interested in and he was a no pressure salesman. I would definitely use him again.

A shout out to our sales person ,Michael S and Emily and Amy in customer service . Although it took way to long to get a resolution to the problem they did stand behind the recliner we bought that was simply a lemon. We were treated kindly at all time and eventually were able to get a new chair ordered. Thanks again for standing behind our chair.

Michael was very helpful and made sure I found the perfect fit for me. He talked me through the different fabric choices and made sure that if I found a couch I loved wasn’t in the material I wanted, we could find it and make it happen. Very happy with my experience.
