They always get me in in a timely manner, diagnose and correct the issue and get me on my way quickly. Also they do a nice turnaround for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Of course they’ll do a break inspection at that time and give you a report on the condition of your tire as well. I feel better with certified mechanics all around doing this work then you might find at your typical fast change oil place.

I initially took my classic car there to get some work in May e.g. front end alignment, radio connection issues, other electrical work. The alignment was taken care i.e. within specs. All of the electrical work e.g. radio, etc. notsomuch. My GPS started not working after about 2 1/2 yrs of working fine. I was going to take it back for that part. I went to start my car a month later and the battery was dead. Replaced the battery. It started. Then two days later the battery was dead. I surmised that after the winter the initial battery was good. Something created a "draw" on the battery. I returned with the ORGINAL complaints that I previously "let slide" and now the draw. Three weeks later. I went to check on the status of my car. I was asked do I have a electronic schematic of the car? ? But I did. I gave it to them. I checked again. The car started. The radio worked. the speaker/radio was loose and caused them to touch when I drove. He daid he fixed that part. I came to pick up the car and battery was dead again. I was blamed for turning the key to the accessory position. The battery was charged. When I turned the ignition on, I noticed something was "weird." I couldn't put my finger on it. (See below) I just wanted to be done. Now, the lower dash pad under my glove compartment was completely off. I was told that it was improperly attached and "fell off" after over two years. There was ONE section that came off, but the ENTIRE section. It wasn't their fault. I wanted to leave. I was eventually charge two hours of "diagnostics" (after complaining for having my car for ONE MONTH! So I drove my car to a buddy's house to do some of my own maintenance. To keep it short. The wire from the under the dash courtesy light was connected to the ground on the ignition switch. Was it there before? I don't know. But when I turned the key on the switch the entire switch would turn. (The weird thing I mentioned above) the nut on the ignition was not tighten down. Causing that wire to disconnect when i turned the key. The car wouldn't stay running. After a LONG diagnostic. I found the wire to ground it. Tighten the ignition switch nut. I have to add another wire to ground the ignition switch. Luckily, I knew a good electrician who helped me out. It is now running good. I still have the dash "cushion" that must be replaced by someone. I think I found a good business to do the work. I will close with this. When I took my car there. They bragged on the expertise of the "electrical guy" I had some issues that needed addressed. They weren't totally fixed. I disconnected the GPS (after giving him the schematics for it)it was no longer working. The front end alignment was good. The radio issues are still there e.g. when I accelerate the radio goes out. They seemed to have fixed the draw that wasn't there when I brought it there. I think the automotive work they do is okay. I have no evidence to counter it. But the electrical work? Notsomuch. I was told by the Manager that the electrician will not work on my car again. I replied "I'll never bring it back here again" a win-win dude.

Would avoid this shop if you own an American made vehicle. They are clueless and have overcharged me multiple times unable to make it right they seriously need to pay for the damages they’ve done and caused to my vehicle!!!

Really nice people up front, but the people in the back could use some more communication skills.
