Was referred here after a adverse reaction to a spinal tap that took place in Ann Arbor. They were able to make contact with University Hospital to confirm what the best treatment would be and were able to get that procedure done quickly and efficiently. They really took the time to care for me and the situation and to make sure what the best options for care really were. Would 100% recommend seeing them!

The first few years were good. But don’t have anything else go wrong because they won’t believe you and will make you jump through hoops till you get to your breaking point. Alway making you come in for every little thing instead of doing a telehealth visit which they get paid for. They are pill pushers instead of wanting to find the source of the pain. If you get booted (because I wanted a telehealth visit to get my emg results) from the practice they scan their calls and will not answer them, unless you call from a different number. How unprofessional!

They have gone above and beyond to find the best treatments for my back pain. I had an injection today and they explained everything they were doing before and during the procedure. I have so much faith in them and would highly recommend you try them. Their entire team was awesome!!

I have been a patient of Bill Blakeslee PA for several years. He has been very compassionate and understanding of my ongoing and continuing list of chronic pain issues. He has helped me tremendously as I try to navigate through my “new normal” life. I mustn’t forget to mention the rest of the staff.... the receptionists as well as the nurses are so kind and friendly too!

I have been going to the clinic for pain consultation and treatment for years. I would highly recommend all of the doctors, nurses and the high level of care, compassion and services that they provide. I’m able to have a higher quality of life because of the treatment that I receive from the clinic!

Such compassionate, dedicated Dr.’s and staff. I’m blessed to have Melissa R.N.( a superb nurse, and simply one of the kindest people I’ve met), and Dr. Redden. Dr. Redden takes time, and truly listens. The clinic offers many modalities of pain control. You’re made to feel comfortable from receptionists ( who obviously understand the complex difficulties of pain patients) as well. The nurses and Physicians are superb. I’m very grateful to have such a great team.

Does NOT recommend Kalamazoo Anesthesiology and Pain Consultants in Portage. Dr. Michael Chafty Charged us $680 for a 15 minute consultation for a surgical proceedure, THEN... HE DIDN'T SHOW UP.... instead, another Doctor from his practice was on the schedule. BUT... WE NEVER MET WITH THAT DOCTOR!!!! I am NOT going to let a doctor cut (or in this case inject in my spine) without meeting him/her and feeling comfortable with their qualifications.
