First received wrong bolts and then a rock CRACKED my passenger side blitz rock slider. I should have went with a average rock slider because even though it looks nice and they said serious rock sliders, at the end of the day a rock cracked it because it's weak. They'll say it's my fault because I backed over a driveway rock but what's the difference between that rock and a trail rock. Save your money.

I ordered a simple engine cover. When I ordered I did not see the lead times or even k ow what that was. It took over 20 days from day ordered to receive my order. I called and was talked so rudely I could not believe how this company even stays in business. The engine cover was very nice, to bad the customer service and Wait time are so poor. Was gonna order bumpers but ordered off another company instead. Oh the day I ordered part they took the money out of my account. Seems like they should wait till it's shipped to remove funds. Jc off road. Even your answer is rude. It took over 20 days for me to receive the item. Your customer service is absolutely the worst I ever encountered with buying products for my truck! Jc offroad here is a idea. Put the lead times and what they mean in the items description and don't hide it. Then don't take money out of people's account till product ships! Have a great day. Jc offroad. Here is a idea. In the description of the product post how long it will take to receive item. I'm not the first to complain of your tricky sales technique. If you put it in the description then it is easy for people to understand. Oh and don't charge until you ship item. Have a great day.

I just installed the JCR Off-road short roof rack on my 2024 Bronco Heritage and could not be happier with the end result. Because the Heritage hardtop is white, I decided to paint part of the outer brackets white to blend in. After partially assembling the rack off the vehicle per instructions and video, I found that the outer brackets were not sitting as close to the hardtop surface as I would have liked and realized that the cross bars and fairings pulled the side rails in to create tension and add strength and rigidity. So I disassembled the rack and rebuilt it on the hardtop with just the side rails, inner and outer brackets at first. This helped get the outer brackets close to the hardtop but caused the inner brackets to lift a little due to the pressure from the outer brackets, and the rails also slanted out slightly. But I was not concerned because as I added the cross bars and tightened them up, the rails pulled in and the inner brackets settled down nicely. All in all, a very strong and stable rack that looks great and with zero wind noise. Next step will be to add removable hardware for a hi-lift jack and traction boards as part of compliance with local off-road permitting. Finally, one of the other reasons for buying this excellent rack is that eventually, I will add to it to convert it to a full length rack for a roof top tent. Can’t wait!

I purchased and installed the rear bumper, adventure carrier, and universal tire mount for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator. During installation I realized that not all the hardware needed was sent with the parts and some parts that were sent were the wrong size for my year Gladiator. Also, the machining of a few parts such as the license plate bracket bolt holes, the counter punch holes for the bumper plate that the adventure carrier sits on were not in line with where they bolt up to the bumper, and a couple washers for the adventure carrier spindle were the wrong size as well.
When I reached out to JCR and told them the issue I had they said "Well huh, those bolts worked for our 2020 Jeep gladiator" I was also told that the machining for the bolt holes for the license plate bracket were being done differently by the company who manufactured them for JCR. At no time did the representative take any responsibility for their lack of quality control. Someone there did end up sending two of the bolts I needed for the bumper install, however the rest of the hardware issues I had to essentially grind or drill to make work.
All I can say is the bumper and adventure carrier are on but not without a lot of tweaking and making do on my part. I won't be purchasing any future products from JCR off-road.

I bought a full rack for my new Wrangler Rubicon X. The rack is precision-made so it was easy to assemble. It is very sturdy and still light in weight. The price was right too. I am very pleased.

I have ordered several products from JCR Offroad in the last year for my Bronco Sport, from interior Molle panels to their roof rack system with handles and area lights. The quality of their products are top notch, very robust with great design choices. Install varied from incredibly easy (front console Molle), to involved but easy (rear hatch Molle) to incredibly involved and tricky and I'd say not recommended for a single individual (roof rack) but I love all of their products. Great YouTube guides for the installs that are clear and easy to follow along with. The only negative I had was not having written instructions for the roof rack because all of the various screws, bolts, washers and what not for the whole install came inside one mixed bag that made it tricky to plan ahead for.I will continue to purchase from them and recommend them and hope they continue to release more products for the Bronco Sport platform

Very happy with their Bronco front camera relocation kit. Modded it a little, but it is perfect! No one else makes one that would work with my ADD bumper.

Ordered some bits and pieces for my two Braptors (don’t hate the player), and the fit and finish were very good. I expected some rattling from the tailgate tables, but no such thing. The install videos are sufficient to cruise through the installation process. Will make sure to cruise the website to see what they’re up to with new products.

Amazing product and people. JCR has been and will continue to be the premier company for the OFFROAD community in my opinion.
