I went to this store where I usually shop but I had gone to the Grandville store 1 hour away. The cashier at the Grandville store charged me for two things I had told her I didn't want. She gave me one and I took it back to the Kalamazoo store as a return. I told her about the charge for a utensil holder (blue) that I didn't get but got charged for it. I went back to the Kalamazoo store the next day because instead of a credit I received an another charge on my credit card for the items I returned. She charged me again for the item. Which I gave back to her. Seasonal employees aren't trained well and the Kalamazoo/Portage manager was extremely rude to me. They only have a 30 day return policy at this store which I thought I'd give my business to instead of. Macy's but that won't happen again.

Grayson did an amazing job on my hair. I am very happy with how my highlights, and the cut came so cute. My son is getting his haircut from Grayson this weekend!

Get my nails done by Brandi evert 2-3 weeks with Gel nails and they last for 4 weeks if I didn't like to change my colors up. No chipping, no breakage. She is excellent!!

I got a haircut a little over a month ago and I'm still very frustrated and sad about it. I went in with my hair down to my butt. I hadn't gotten it cut in forever because I have always had bad experiences.However, I decided to go in the day before my father's wedding so it looked presentable. I wanted a good deal off. I pointed to my upper arm where i wanted it in length; between my elbow and shoulder.This lady pulled it all behind my back and just CHOPPED it. No measuring. No discussion. And it is just touching my shoulders....I feel silly since it's been a while but I thought I could get over it because there was literally nothing she could do.. unless she wanted to glue each strand back on. I continued to tell her it's fine, kept a smile on my face and left a tip..As I reflect, I remember her saying "I'm sorry, I've been doing this for 14 years..I forget hair is a personal thing...." that still confuses me to no end. Like a teacher saying their job isn't educational.She did acknowledge she did it abruptly and offered to help me style it for the wedding but I'm still in shock at the whole experience.I take fault in not speaking up right away and going to someone I've never gone to before, but with history with salons, I never want to get my haircut again.I wish it could have gone differently.I suggest looking into the stylist before sitting in a chair.

Checked in atb515 for a 530 and was told they would be with us shortly. 45 minutes later I had to ask how much longer and was told at least 20 min additional. Would have been considerate to tell us we had plenty of time to shop bc they were over an hour behind. No apologizes even... this is unacceptable and would never have happened at the Mishawaka location my sister in law managed for years. NO! I do not recommend. The one cut is for an 8yr old boy with very little hair and could have easily been done while someone was under the dryer. Another stylist was just sitting for awhile back there. We were called back for our appointment at 6:54pm and at 7:05 learned they had no hot water and haven't had! I

Brought my son in for a simple cut and the guy butchered his hair! It was so uneven and looked terrible. Most the stylists(adide from the one that had to be found to do my sons cut) We all chatting, going in and out of the salon, snacking and really doing nothing at all but dinking around. We waited a totally of 15 minutes for someone to greet us at the counter. Made eye contact twice with a girl in the back. Not a hello, one moment or we will be right with you. Absolutely nothing from her besides being ignored. Save your money and disappointment and go else where. We learned the hard way but have no plans on returning.Service: Haircut

They do not listen. After cutting my hair into an uneven bob with lots of weird, choppy layers, she told me there was no way to fix it/even it out because that's just how my hair lays (um, what? My hair is straight as a board) Finally the salon manager came over, very irritated at our arguing and fixed in in about 5 minutes. She seriously only had to re-wet it and was able to get a nice straight line. Ridiculous.

Went in to the mens clothing dept yesterday intent on buying a suit. There were no less than 5 employees in that dept, but most of them were talking about who's turn it was to 'go on lunch'. Eventually, 3 of them left, but 2 stayed, each of them intent on folding pants. I tried on several jackets, trying to find the right fit. I actually walked right by them a couple of times! I could not find the right size for myself, and was very obviously looking for help. No one even greeted me! Left after about 20 minutes. I could have asked for help, but honestly I assumed that...since none of them were offering, maybe they wouldn't be any good at helping me!

This salon is the worst I've ever been to. They do not know how to listen to the customer and when they do you don't know what you're talking about. I was told that I couldn't get the look I asked for because it wasn't possible. So they ruined my hair. I went to another salon to get it fixed. Please, don't go here if you value your hair!Service: Haircut
