Super expensive, Jerry doesn't return phone calls and for being a Fidelity person, doesn't know standard procedures. Save yourself over 400 bucks and go to a real tax professional. Julie the receptionist is horrible. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Awful awful awful customers service, Julie the receptionist is so angry mean....they don't get your taxes done in time....they don't return phone calls and they charge over 400 bucks on average. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. So sorry that we and our Dad gave Jerry so much business for so many years....
