Not very friendly in there, didn’t say hi when I walked in and had attitude when I delivered food. No customer service from the lady at the front desk! Should be treated with the same respect as anyone else who goes in there, as I am self employed and do not work for them, nor put up with bad service. Not delivering here again! Hopefully they’re clients aren’t treated as rudely as I was. Enough to put you in a bad mood!

After a month of waiting, the tax professional completed my tax returns only one day before the deadline! The office assistant wasn't helpful either. The tax professional was indifferent throughout the process. This is the last time I use H&R Block services.
