I found this office on IRS website listed as their certifying agent for ITIN number. I went there and none of the ladies there new what an ITIN is! None! Just imagine a tax preparation office listed by the IRS with no idea what ITIN is. I would NEVER come to this office for any of my tax services.

Was very disappointed when I walked into the office and it smelled like marijuana to the point of where I could not breathe and my kids did not like the smell canceled my appointment and left

This lady waited until the absolute end of us doing our taxes to tell us we owed almost $300...nobody has that kind of money laying around these days. When told months later i am struggling to come up with that much money, they gave me a $20 discount. Wont be doing that to myself again. They are not upfront about anything.

I worked with Ronald at first who no call/no showed my first online appointment and then seemed like he knew less about taxes than I did when we finally did connect. He made my husband primary even though I was the one dealing with him and the H&R acct is under my name. When my taxes were rejected I find out he's gone to another job and I have to start over with someone else. It's now nearly the end of July and I'm still getting ghosted about my two previous years taxes that I was assured they could help me take care of. Don't go here - it's been a nightmare from start to finish and once you pay them, they're completely done with you.
