I desperately needed a fill, I walked in the salon was fairly empty so I was able to get right to a table. My tech came over and started working on my nails. And that's about where my happiness with this place stopped. First of all, he took a personal call right after he started. A call from a customer would have been understandable. My nails are crooked, they're sloppy and I had to remind my tech that we were doing a design on my nails. I'm very disappointed that I had to spend the amount of money that I did to get the results that I got. I definitely won't go back. I'm sad because I was very hopeful that this might be my new place but now I'm on the hunt again.

Horrible place, do not go there. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They will refuse service based on what you look like.

Watched as my wife was denied service!!!My wife is a very polite lady for reference.The store still had 3 hours until closing. Was not full! Had open staff and seats, plenty of them! Only filled with their white customers.Had absolutely no excuse! Pathetic.Will not get our hard earned money. Writing this review so you can choose not to give these undeserving people your hard earned money!

If I could leave a 0 I would! Apparently they are too tired to do their job and are super rude. They close at 7 I walked in at 4 and they refused to do anything. Very unprofessional and they came off racist...please save ur time and money and go else where. Maybe they should reconsider their job since they can't do it.

Racism is alive and well here. Being turned away, while the store is not busy. Only white customers being seated. Not a good look in 2022. Will never get my business and I hope theses racists don't get your money either.

I got a shellac manicure here and they didn't paint close to my cuticles whatsoever. there's an awkward gap. Also, they did not use a new drill piece between client nails which was gross.

A clean salon that does immaculate manicures! I walked in without an appointment hoping to make an appointment, but they insisted they could fit me in right now. I was concerned that it would be a quick, maybe sloppy manicure, but I was wrong. They were detail oriented, cleaned up my cuticles perfectly, soaked my fingers, applied lotion etc. all things the last salon (Vina Nails) did not. The best part is the shellac has lasted going on a week with no chips or lifts and I'm sure it will last another week or even two. Definitely found a great salon!

This is my second time at Hot Nails ! And best believe I have found the nail shop I will use always ! I had a appointment at 11 am they took me 15 minutes early ! The customer service was amazing - the man who did my full set of nails was funny joked w me , asked me questions made sure I was comfy and I had what I needed ! He communicated well ! Always love the finish product ! Highly recommend !! 5 stars all the way!

Charged me for a full service pedi. Paint was all over my toenails. Ever scrubbed my feet or cleaned under my nails. Didn’t even lotion my legs. Charged the girl next to me $5 less for the same service.I finally got the courage to go back inside to speak up for myself and the man started arguing with me. He told me I had BAD toes and I was ungrateful for the service he gave to me. I am so in shock. He was literally arguing over me and yelling at me for asking for a partial refund. I was asking to just be charged for a polish job, seeing as how that’s all he did.He gave me 5 dollars and was calling me childish as I was walking out of the store. I’m very non-confrontational so it took a lot for me to speak up for myself. The way he handled the situation was so unprofessional and extremely embarrassing for him to cause such a scene. I would rate 0 stars if I could.Services: Pedicures
