I showed up with questions, in serious pain, and a bit of an attitude.They were great. Check in was a little confusing, only because I’d never done it before. I didn’t have to wait long- and they helped me out without being overly intrusive.I have some anxiety when it comes to medical stuff- I really appreciate how real they were-No one reminded me I was overweight-No one shamed me for not getting every little thing done that regular people normally do-Shingles sucks- consider the vaccine- I wish I had.The prescription seems to be helping some.I like that place- I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon, but I would pick them over anyone else.Thanks

Was able to schedule ahead an appointment which made the process much easier. Love the ability to do so. We were able to get in and out fairly quickly. Highly recommend this location.

We saw PA, James Diekema. He was great! So friendly, fast and efficient. He was straight to the point. Explained and showed us the signs and symptoms of what we were there for. And he was kind!The slushy machine is a great bonus! It’s a free slushy that helps with hydration, sore throat and cheers ya up! Lol

Not only did I wait in the lobby for 3 hours at the facility in Portage, I’ve received over 15 text messages saying I still have an outstanding balance and 4 bills in the mail after I already paid in full. I even sent in a screenshot of my statement. Please be careful if you plan on going to any WellNow urgent care.** update 6 months later and they are still asking for bank statements even though I paid on a credit card and American Express sent them proof it was paid. This place is a huge scam. Please beware!! Do not pay twice. Their account receivables is awful. I find it funny my phone now even categorizing them as spam.

Had a great experience from the second we walked in till we walked out the door. Everyone was very nice and we were in and out. Also my daughter was offered slushy when we left which was a nice touch.

I came in at 712 the lady gave me a huge attitude when I came in and was trying to turn me and another lady away then after I was the last one she let's be back to a room and leaves me inside it has been more than a hour of her sitting outside my door gossiping about how a co workers man who drives a truck needs to treat her better like if I wanted this treatment I could have made a appointment with my own

We had already been to a walk in and although they were very nice we decided we needed a second opinion. We had more than excellent care here and were able to get a better diagnosis. We will return if we have any future issues . Very highly recommend.
