They always take the time to explain, and help me with any questions or concerns. The staff is a Winning Team!! They make you feel comfortable from your first visit. I especially like that they are never in a rush, they make you feel welcome, and you know that they truly care & have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend them, EXCELLENT customer service, and always with a smile.?

Oticon support is nonexistent and their app is underdeveloped garbage. I'm not going to give this place a bad rating over it. They sell the products they sell, it's not their fault. For the price, I had much, much, much higher expectations for the functionality of the app and the support available from Oticon.

Everyone from the support staff to the doctor were extremely friendly and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s wonderful to go into a healthcare situation and be treated with such kindness and respect. Many thanks to them!

I have been a patient of Hearing Life in Portage for more than 5 years. The staff are professional, friendly, respectful and courteous. I even verbalize some humor to their day! They have always tended to my hearing and auditory equipment needs. I adore them.

He provides much attention to Quality of Care and Individual Service to you as a client. My New OTICON Ruby 2. - MiniRITE R Hearing aids are Amazing!!! I am clearly hearing sounds that not able to hear for extended period of time. I could no longer hear my phone ring, my new hearing aids allow me to hear my phone ring directly thru my hearing aids…what a Blessing!!! I understand speech more clearly. Communication with my family and friends had been compromised …yay..communication so much easier. Communication restored with others. My Quality of Life has significantly improved. ? Even my sense of balance has improved. So much to be Thankful for!!! The impact of getting the best choice of hearing aids for my hearing loss was important and necessary. Always fast, efficient and professional. The staff at the Portage location are also very kind, courteous and friendly. What else can I say they're the best!This is my second review, and while I don't have much to add, if you want the absolute best fitting and functional hearing aids you need to see the great people at Hearing Life in Portage MI.
