They are very observant with everything you have to say. They go to the extreme to help you and their services are over the top!

Oticon support is nonexistent and their app is underdeveloped garbage. I'm not going to give this place a bad rating over it. They sell the products they sell, it's not their fault. For the price, I had much, much, much higher expectations for the functionality of the app and the support available from Oticon.

Great service, exceptional product and they take the time to personalize the settings so I can hear everything I have been missing.
