cute clothes, but staff didn’t even acknowledge me when i came in. i was the only one in the store, with several employees, and not one said hi. really unfriendly vibe made me uncomfortable, so i left with nothing. as someone who works in retail, the experience was disappointing. y’all need better staff.

I purchased 5 plain black Tee's from this location. They were all labeled as the same style and fit. Two of them were made in Bangladesh and I had no issues with them. The other three were made in India and the quality of the cotton fabric was DRASTICALLY inferior. The store manager would not accept my return/exchange on the inferior Indian made shirts because I had put them through the wash, despite this interaction happening WELL within the return period.If you're buying products that will have direct contact with your skin make SURE the tag does not say "Made in India" its unbearably itchy low quality cotton. I would avoid this particular store if possible, the manager was unwilling the help in anyway what-so-ever.

Customer Service definitely could use some improvements, I think it should go beyond just what you have to offer in store, You should be able to order something from online that you didn't have in my size when I'm in the store and have it shipped to the store and pay the store price, That's Excellent Customer Service, I worked for Montgomery wards, JcPennys, Coldwater Creek and their policy was CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! Yall should get hip

Always good prices but during checkout they asked if I would like a bag, then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for the bag.

We're very helpful an fast with returns but could of had it faster if their machines worked. Will be back I'm happy with my service. Great selection in flannel an will always recommend. I'm happy to have people who truly care and try to help.

I used to like this store, however, the clothing is so cheaply made, it barely lasts several months. Gotta love fast fashion. The company also has multiple scandals. No thanks, I'd rather go thrifting instead..
