So rude and unprofessional. Just looking to scam poor college kids and make shady deals to “help them out”. It’d be different if they genuinely cared & were just doing their job, but we realized that was not the case when they said the “deal” to take the car down would cost $200. Sad what the world has come to :/

Too bad you can do 0 stars… this place towed my car even though I had a pass for where i was parked. Then, when telling them this, they said id have to talk to a manager or email them who wasn’t on site or working. They did everything they did to slow the process down so they could keep my car another night. Also I’ve never heard of a cash only business that doesn’t give you change.

Someone parked in my spot at my apartment and within half an hour they were gone. The dispatcher was very polite too.

Our experience with Graham's was a little unconventional, and saved our butts in a very chaotic mess!We were on our way to drop our old car off at a shop and it broke down at the light of one of the busiest intersections in town. It was during rush hour, and it was absolutely insane! Thankfully a Graham's tow truck just so happened to pull up next to us at the light. I ran over and asked if there's any chance they could help us. He said absolutely and went and turned around right away. I was in our second vehicle, and was pinned in the traffic. He pulled up behind us both and backed traffic out of the way so that I could get into a parking lot, out of the way for him to get to our broken down car. He also helped my husband push our car all the way back to get the tow truck in front of the car without having to pull out into the intersection to keep both he and my husband a little safer given where we were at.While they were working to get the car off the road, he got me on the phone with their dispatch to start getting everything documented. I haven't been in this area for a really long time and I haven't been around this much traffic in a long time either. I was pretty anxious and rambling but Sarah was great at being patient in getting our information while having a rather comedic conversation amidst all the chaos.The price was very reasonable. They even drove our car down to the shop for us, dropped our key off and filled out the information card and let us go about our evening! Michael, Sarah, and Mitchell were life-savers and wonderful to work with. We are SO GRATEFUL for their help. Thank you guys so much for everything, and thank you for being in the right place at the best possible time! Well, worst time for us - best time because we desperately needed you!

Just amazing, and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you need help. I had called a few other places in Kalamazoo and they couldn’t help. I called here & within 5-10 minutes they picked up my vehicle. They were fast & very professional. Thank you so much for helping me.

Hands down amazing! I had a terrible experience with a different towing company. So I called Grahams and they got me taken care of. They quoted me 3 hours and that is exactly how long they took! 5 stars all the way and I will never go with anyone else from now on!

FRAUD! I had the misfortune of encountering Graham's Towing Company, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Not only did they tow my car without valid reason, but when I confronted one of their employees, a lady, she engaged in the most despicable and unethical behavior imaginable. Firstly, she harassed and threatened me, using aggressive language and intimidation tactics to coerce me into paying an exorbitant fee in cash. Shockingly, she refused to provide any receipt for the so-called "service" rendered, leaving me with no proof of payment or recourse. It's clear that this company condones and even encourages fraudulent actions by their employees, as evidenced by this disgraceful encounter. It's appalling that they would stoop to such low levels to line their pockets at the expense of innocent people. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of Graham's Towing Company unless you want to be subjected to harassment, threats, and overcharging without any accountability. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated, and I will be reporting them to the authorities and seeking legal action to ensure that others are spared from similar mistreatment. Avoid Graham's Towing Company like the plague - you have been warned!p

Had my girlfriends car stolen from her carport that we pay for through our complex via grahms towing they have now cost us 225 dollars to attempt to recover from the tow company that has stolen our vehicle for a parking place we pay for this is completely asinine of grams to not have a list of vehicles that belong in there respective parking places that are paid for by the tenants

If zero stars was an option, that’s what I would rate. My friends car unexpectedly had to go into the shop, she was borrowing a vehicle for the time being. All visitor spots were full, so she parked to a spot right next to the visitor spots. I called and was told I will be towed. Even after explaining that this was a car she was borrowing for the time being, they seemed not to care. Clearly this towing company has no desire to understand what people are saying. They just want their buck. Pathetic

Unfortunately I had a dead battery and my local mechanic recommended Graham's to get the vehicle to them. I spoke to Sarah at Graham's and she took care of everything very efficiently. I hope I don't have to use them again for obvious reasons, but they were very quick to act and get my vehicle where it needed to go.Service: Car towing
