No discount colors and very expensive. Not many child’s clothes under 2T. Stained ripped clothes for $2.99.

I went shopping for jeans today, and the service was just awful. The younger lady with glasses and red hair was super rude, making us wait while she texted on her phone. she was also obviously annoyed at us asking to use the dressing room. It was so unprofessional.

The new girl I believe her name starts with an E? She is super nice and friendly she's the only one who ever welcomes me when I come in. The store has looked more organized in the last few weeks.

Don’t bother wasting your time attempting to drop off donations here. The donation attendants here are outrageously rude and don’t listen to you. Instead they’ll make you stand there and wait as they sort through your donations and then vocally out loud complain about how many cars keep lining up to drop off donations. Clearly they must receive too many and therefore you’re inconveniencing them. So I would suggest taking your donations elsewhere. Perhaps somewhere where you, the person giving several donations (for free mind you), won’t be literally (as in… yes, this did really happen) yelled at for sitting down a heavy bin full of items on ground like you set off a explosive device. Relax, it’s just donations… not a bomb.

I went in the store today, I can’t go to sleep without leaving a review . The store seem very greedy with the prices when items are donated free . Not to mention a while ago I heard the pay was minimum wage for their employers. None of it sits right , it all feels very greedy and poorly operated.

The people that work there, especially this one lady are the rudest Workers ever, I will never go back to that store again. And this is not the first time it's happened. Lady comes out screaming on the top of her lungs Over a sticker removed from a box. That was removed by a co worker. She didn't even ask nicely she just started screaming.

Last Thursday I was approached by a homeless woman at Meijers who was soaking wet. She was so cold she was shivering. She asked me if I could buy her a shirt, I told her yes and we went to find a shirt but the shirts were not warm and the coats were not out yet. I couldn't help her get warm and dry with only a shirt any way so i took her to the Portage Goodwill. We went in and started looking for a coat, jacket, shirt, pants bra and warm pajamas. I was suddenly approached by 2 employees one who turned out to be a manager. I thought they were going to ask us to leave but instead they gave me some coupons for clothing. It was so kind and unexpected. We shopped for a long time and i was able to get the woman good warm clothes. When I got to the checkout I had to talk to the manager about the coupons. I asked him why he approached me when we walked in and he said. "I saw you come in with her, we don't see things like this very often but I recognized what was going on". His awareness and intuition were remarkable. I started to cry because the whole situation was heart wrenching and beautiful at the same time. He gave me a paper towel to dry my tears and he thanked me so many times.I'm so impressed with the discretion and caring both of the managers used in this situation. I'm certain the homeless lady never realized what was going on and i really appreciated that and the way they treated her and I. It was truly a day i will always remember.

The price gouging is absolutely ridiculous. If they received an acoustic guitar broken into seven pieces they'd still try to sell it for $350. I don't know who or how they choose their prices but people go to goodwill for discounted clothing and items, not $30 T shirts and $250 rusty broken saxophones. Crazy that it's a GOODWILL of all places with prices like these...

First time in this Goodwill, very clean and organized. My daughter and I were enjoying our time looking around when a worker came from the back and told me to have her side down in the cart (she was standing up because she was picking out a stuff animal). No hi, no smile, no welcome, no can I help you with anything, just “make her sit down”. Another reason why she wasn’t sitting down was because she’s 3 and I was over the fight that has been happening since we got up at 7:30am. Yes I will go back if need be as they have things at reasonable prices.

My wife was told that she must leave the store or take her purse outside because she could be stealing ? mind you I was in law enforcement for 6 years and do nothing but help my community as well as own a small business. My wife and I have lots of tattoos and feel we were discriminated against due to this. I immediately took videos of other women in the store with much bigger bags as well as 1 lady with a back pack but nothing was said to them. I was then thrown out of the store for recording. This was not ok andthis store should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. Definitely not the first time according to other reviews. MARY was her name btw!

The employees here really must dislike their jobs. They make the drop off experience seem like an interruption and bother. Today I was yelled at for coming through the drop off lane because they were "closed". Even thought the drive up lanes were open and there were not any signs suggesting otherwise. She then screamed at me that I should know the hours because on Tuesdays they have been closed for donations for at least a year now. This is not accurate from what I could see on the website. A very horrifying experience to attempt to donate some nice things to what I thought was an honorable business.

As someone who regularly donates a lot of clothes and home goods here, I popped inside once just to glance around. The prices were honestly appalling. I thought I was donating free goods to actually help people. They could buy cheaper at tj maxx or Walmart and get something NEW. It’s disheartening.
