One of the best reviews I am happy to give⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I've been trying to help my elderly dad with dish Network for approximately 3 months with no luck from the companyJust take advantage of the elderly that's all they're doingSo I finally had enough and got a hold of The geek squad @ Best buyBest thing I could have ✅Chase and Matt come out to my dad's houseThey pulled everything and did exactly what my dad has been looking forFor monthsSome elderly people cannot work the remote controls or figure out smart TVsThese two young men knew exactly what my dad needed and wantedI gave it a couple days before I posted a reviewMy dad couldn't be more happier ✅He loves the channels no hassles trying to find the buttons he's looking for on the remoteBecause every day I got calls from my dad that the TV was out again and I would have to travel to go help him fix itnot complainingbut that's not what he was paying for!And absolutely no help from that companyHighly recommend The geek squad and Chase and Matt if you're lucky to get them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Thank you. BEWARE. SCAM. Charged me $549 for a screen repair to be complete in 30-60 days. 6 months later, no phone, no refund, no plan to resolve it. Several attempts to contact both Apple and Best Buy have produced nothing but a tracking number that says it's still at Apple in CA, with outright refusal to do anything more than email Apple about it. Planning to resolve through Credit Card Company and FTC and related regulatory complaint filings.

Worst experiance I've ever had with any business. Held my laptop for over 3 months when they told me they could fix it in a week. After two weeks they still hadnt worked on the laptop because the employee at the desk forgot to have me sign a form. Took them 2 weeks to call me. Held all of my data on my laptop hostage unless I purchased a storage device that broke after 3 months of use. At the two month mark, they called me and said all of my data has been backed up and we can send it back. I asked them if they fixed it and they said there was never a request to fix the laptop and they would have to file another report to fix the laptop. After another month, I get my laptop back covered in dust and dented with the same error message on the screen. I complained to the guy, Chris at the desk and he said he didn't get paid enough to care and the warranty expired so there is nothing they can do about it.

I was in to have my iPhone 13 Pro's screen replaced under my apple care plus coverage and went in to verify it would be covered under my warranty the day before my appointment and was told by a representative that it was covered. Came in the following day to have the screen replaced and while waiting more then 40 minutes while the other representative was making the claim I was told it was not covered and I would have to pay over $200 to have it replaced. I took the time out of my work day to come in and have it taken care of and was told by the manager that it would not be covered. Very disappointed with the service!

Trying to get the scanner to work on a brand new printer, should be simple. We have spent many hours waiting on a new session because if the person on the other end can't fix it our session mysteriously gets disconnected. This has happened many times in the last 3 days. We have wasted many hours waiting

Rudest, most inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with.
I spoke to 3 people on the phone and 3 on their Chat System for 5 hours today! The last Agent finally told me my TV delivery for tomorrow was canceled, with no explanation. But hey, I can reschedule in 8 days? Really?
I rearranged my week for this delivery. I am the "Customer", but hey, they deliver when convenient for them apparently. I will be in Best Buy tomorrow canceling my TV purchase. I am not dealing with this inconsiderate company that has no idea what Customer Service is.
I will never recommend this Company to anyone.
