Meagan was fantastic. Had a problem getting online banking set up. She. Did all the calling around to get it straightened out. Not much help from the "help" people. Still waiting for a solution

Five star service! I’m not a customer but I needed their ATM and then need it specific bills so I went to the drive-through explained I wasn’t a customer… But wanted crisp 50s and Michael Wickemeyer helped. He was very pleasant and seems to be a customer centric leader.

The people at the Flagstar bank were very helpful. My situation needed someone understanding and open to work with me. I was so happy to do buisiness with Flagstar bank. Its close to the shopping mall centers also.??

I have been a customer for 10 years. Business and Personal. Every time I go into the office, I don’t recognize anyone. Their turnover is terrible. They will not promote within, so they lose all of their good employees. Their online and mobile banking is horrible. I just logged into my account and it’s asking me questions I don’t know, or remember setting up. With them, everything is difficult.

I created an account over a week ago, and I still can’t access it online or in the app even though I have a card and money in the account. I have online banking set up but can still only view my old account.

Been banking here for years, the CSRs are always very nice and helpful. I found out today that somehow my app got hacked and was robbed for like $2000. I went in and they were great! They are helping me get my money back and ensure it doesn't happen again. Thanks!

I came to Flagstar on Romence for a home loan. I wanted a local bank to deal with so I could talk to people when I needed to, and their online payment system was easy to deal with.
Not even two payments on my home later, they’ve hucked my mortgage down the river, selling it to some hole in the wall in Pennsylvania that requires you mail in a check to pay your mortgage.
Now I have neither a local bank to deal with NOR the online payment system I came to Flagstar to get. I was coaxed into going to them because of their services and they burned me.
If you’re looking for a bank that cares look elsewhere.

Do not, I repeat do not get a home mortgage from Flagstar Bank. I chose the Portage location as my mortgage service due to wanting to have my mortgage locally and their online services with ability to manage and pay your mortgage online. After 1 payment, yes 1 payment, I receive a notice that my mortgage is being transferred to some fly by night mortgage company in Pennsylvania. No online access to pay or mange your mortgage with new provider.
