I have not even been in my unit a year and they have almost doubled my monthly rental, every other month I get a notice that my rate is going up $20-$50 per month. I’ll be checking out the new place that just opened up across the street.
**UPDATE*** I talked to the local property manager and she told me that it is common practice for storage rental companies to raise rates every 3 months. I called integrity storage and they were able to give me a yearly rate for a larger unit for 40% less then what SROA was going to charge me for this 3 months

Had trouble with the e-sign paperwork, didn't seem to user friendly. Everyone on phone was very polite and tried to be helpful. After driving to office on Centre Street Tracy made it very quick and easy. Thank goodness they're are still humans in the office! Everything else went very well. Thanks Tracy you deserve more stars if I could!

I've had a unit since they took over in 2021. The lot lights have been out since then, still not fixed. Yet they have raised prices every couple months. I am paying $90 more per month, which is almost double. Saw a maintenance guy once but he seemed more concerned about looking in my unit than doing any maintenance. If it wasn't for the location, I would go somewhere else. If the prices keep going up I may have to leave anyway.

Storage unit was very dirty, power outlet and light do not work and the free lock was not in unit. I called and left a complaint and had to leave some of my belongings unlocked. Arrived Saturday afternoon and found my unit locked! Finally tracked down management and voiced my concerns. Her reply was to tell me how busy she was. When she showed up to unlock door, she handed me a lock and walked away. I don't know what kind of management that is besides worthless. Call center is excellent and always helpful.
