Horrible experience!! If you have stuff there, make sure to take pictures when you move out and consider having someone that works there walk with you to show them the storage unit is indeed empty. We moved the last of our parents stuff out on September 27th with our van. We cleaned the floor and took the lock. Today our mom called to say she got charged $145 for the month of October. When she called to get the mistake fixed she was told by the property manager, Aria, that someone drove by on October 2nd and claimed there was still a lock on our unit. The property manager is rude, unwilling to communicate or fix the mistake. At this point they stole a months worth of storage rent from the elderly. We have proof that we have not been on the property since September 27th. We have all their belongings, including the lock. How can an honest company not try to fix this mistake? We are doing the necessary steps to hold them accountable. Also, this is the first Google review I've ever felt the need to write. If the mistake is resolved I will gladly take it down.

Thought I was getting a deal when I signed up online... however I've been charged for insurance I did not sign up for and late fees on top of that for not paying my bill. Will gladly pay my bill once corrected, however that appears to be an issue that management can not resolve. Not happy with SRoA being they promise easy online or over the phone setup from the comfort of home, and then give you the runaround when trying to get the correct billing to pay online without additional fees being tacked on.
