What should have been a quick and simple loan turned into a 7-week mess. The process was slow, confusing, and poorly managed, with constant delays and incorrect information. We expected far better service. Won’t be using Fifth Third again.

Never use this location everybody who works is not knowledgeable about banking and terrible servicing. The guy with glasses unbelievably slow

Second time waiting more than 20 minutes for a teller for simple deposit. Been doing buisness here for 15 years they don't allow big deposits unless in person waisting my time, it cost more money than its worth to bank here. If your time is valuable go else where for banking needs
