On more than one occasion FedEx drivers have left packages directly in front of our door causing a fire and emergency hazard because we cannot open the door and have to walk all the way around the house to get our packages. Being disabled this makes it worse. Calling the 1-800 number and emails don't work!

Thank you to the ground delivery driver and the air service agent working June 17th, 2024 at 515pm at the Corporate Road location in Portage, MI. I wish I had caught their names but they went out of their way to make sure our time sensitive delivery made it out the door even after I was running late. After the tornado hit the main facility, I can't imagine all the logistics issues they have been working with. It would have been easier for them to both just tell me sorry you are too late. But they took the time to make sure our packages got out the door and to their destinations on time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Their "third-party" contractor "RATCLIFFE PACKAGING" IS UNETHICAL, DUGUISTING, NONPROFESSIONAL, SLOPPY, UNFAIR, BELITTLING, CONDISENDING,HATEFUL,RUDE,CRUEL, INHUMAN, CARELESS AND HEARTLESS TOWARDS THEIR EMPLOYEES. You want to keep workers, care about them. Help them when asked. Stop making them drive in artic storms no heat in your UNRELIABLE TRUCKS!!! YOU GOT SO MUCH MONEY BUY NEW ONE'S. YOU MAKE FUN OF PEOPLE YOU WILL ROT!

FedEx has screwed up so many times I lost count.This time they had the package at the destination hub and some genius shipped it to some place in Indiana and now it says the package is delayed. Next level genius here.

I live in a apartment and left my package by the entry way of my building. The package had my apartment number on it and instructions to deliver to my door. The contents of this package was medical supplies and expensive to replace. Do better FedEx

My package was delayed, I knew there was bad weather so I gave them a pass. Then it said attempted delivery. Recipient never got a door tag, package could have been left at desk of apartment. FedEx did not attempt delivery, did not notify me as the sender. I called and got told recipient had to only pick it up at the ship office. Or it would be returned. Why ship it all the way back to me in Virginia when you could have driven down the road and gotten it to the correct place in Kalamazoo!? When the recipient picked it up the person at the ship office lied and told him they attempted delivery three times, but when she finally took the time to confirm when they tried, it turns out they never did. Why lie? Why treat customers like that?

Literally every single interaction with this FedEx has made a 3-day delivery a 3-week delivery.. between the Hangouts on customer service calls. And complete lack of responding to or answering any questions I literally will refuse to do business with a company that uses FedEx

Driver claims they 'attempted to deliver' package that I was required to sign. They did not knock at my door or leave a notice of attempted delivery. Customer Service was a nightmare and I ended up having to pick the package up myself. What's the point in paying for it to be delivered if I have to pick it up?

Package lost. Was to arrive November 24th. Tracking says on portage truck but delivery restriction. Called twice no one know anything. Can’t talk to person local. It’s the Nov 29th. Still getting run around
