We came in and spent $82.15 buying things for local charity event. After purchasing everything and of course the dollar tree getting their money, they then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t use a car nor any bags to help carry things out. You have a customer who is buying 75 items in a shopping cart they should be able to push that cart out to the car. We do Visit the store several times as we are active in our local community and help with different events. We will change this when they change their policy.

This dollar tree was alright. It's got your typical items but I also noticed that it carried quite a few name brand things I hadn't seen in other stores, such as green edition by Maybelline lip sticks. Had other nice things as well. Just hope they do not continue raising prices, it's not really dollar tree when items are more than a dollar. However, they are either severely understaffed, or just do not take care of anything. There were numerous uboats in the aisles, items in disarray everywhere, and I could not find a basket for my items when I first entered. Found a random one but it should not be that difficult I don't think. Overall, decent products.

I have been forced to come to this dollar tree and despite the understanding that they will always be understaffed I was shocked that management allowed a line to go around the store before opening another register. The cashier called for backup 2 Times before anyone emerged from the officeOnly to realize that there were THREE associates in this office. When someone did come out of the office they only rang up 2 people. The door was in complete disarray. It looked like deserted , dirty, empty shelves in every isle. Boxes of merchandise every where, isles crowded or half blocked by equipment. Not every dollar tree looks like this. I hope the owner /management la enough pride to fix this.

I would not say it's my favorite place in the world but it's an easy grab. I'm pretty sure the employees hate their jobs, except for one lady I see all the time.

Stocked up on candy snacks. Love the food selection and this location has lots of fairy homes/gnomes to display for every season.

I love the Dollar Trees in Kalamazoo. They have so many different items. Even though the prices are now $1.25 you can't beat it! They have so many snacks and even frozen food items. Wide variety of items.

One of the cashiers betty was her name, had a major attitude and was threw my bag of items qhen I told her I had to get my boyfriendto come pay for the items. When my boyfriend went in again she was rude. He complained to manager and they told him to leave. Terrible customer service

Well I'm not allowed to go back do to the cashier Betty being very rude to me and my girlfriend I went in to pay for my girlfriend's items that you're very rude to me feeling my receipt across the counter I asked to speak to the manager I was complaining to the manager at the same time the cashier Betty was yelling at me and then I got kicked out and was told I would not allowed to come back to the store ?
