The candy selection is outstanding.also if you're a backyard chicken farmer like myself you will find anything you need here. Cheap clothes and cheap lawn furniture but name brand none the less. Helpful and courteous staff. Always willing to help. They don't act like they're forced to ask you.”

“It is so sad to see this Meijer will be going through the renovation that ruined the Westnedge Meijer for me. I guess it's time to find a new Meijer location that has not been ruined by corporate.”
“It was a pretty good shopping experience. Prices were a little bit higher than I was expecting but over all okay. The store I was at in Portage, MI is huge. Good inventory of things.”
“The majority of the workers were very polite and helpful. As the store layout can be confusing if you don’t regularly go there. However, I did witness an employee who was collecting boxes tell her customer that she was there first, and she was moving stuff out of the way expecting the customer to move first the customer graciously moved and apologized, and the employee move towards the back of the store to get rid of the boxes. She had black rim, glasses and shorter hair. I am going to assume that this is not the norm for the store and the policy to tell customers to move out of the way as it used to be that were there to help the customers, and it was just a grumpy employee.”
“I love shopping at Penny's. I truly appreciate having a brick and mortar store to shop. You can't try things on on the Internet but I do shop at Penny's for the massive catalog and variety of sizes available online.”
“It was good but I couldn't find the brand of jeans I was looking for. I bought them online but didn't fit so I returned them to the store expecting to find the same but in a different size. Bought another brand. But those are nice too.”

“Always have staff working compared to target in Kalamazoo. Much better organization. Just wish the inventory was larger. Pharmacy needs help though. Always going through staff and not all staff is polite.”
“After not finding anything I liked in any other stores I normally love my husband had me come in here after I just wanted to stop shopping, I ended up finding lots of things I loved for a great price!”

“After three days and driving several miles between three Target stores and hitting several barriers to get my Consumer Cellular phone activated (my old one was no longer working) I had the great fortune to be served by Blake Littlejohn in the Westnedge. It was clear that my needs did not fit his job description, so he asked his manager's permission to help me. His technical skills were just what I (a tech challenged senior citizen) needed to get connected. His courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile reminded me of my earlier years when customer service was routine and not the exception. My thanks to Blake and his manager for their sensitivity to my particular needs.”
“I am giving a five star rating to one employee in particular, and extraordinary young lady named Saba. She was working the self checkout lane and was everything an excellent employee should be. She was proactive and engaging and remarkably efficient. I heard her tell each and every customer to have a nice day and drive safely. Any retailer would be so blessed to have her working there. Well done, Saba.”

“Joe! In the electronics department is awesome. I tried calling every department to get ahold of someone about a question. Most employees seemed like they didn't care or hung up on me. I finally just gave it a shot and asked for the electrics dep. to see if I could get ahold of anyone. He was so polite and put me on hold to ask his manager. He did not have to do that. He could have simply forwarded me to another area but he didn't. Thank you joe! He needs a raise. Good worker. Very polite!”
