Angela is so good with her job. She works hard and independently. She makes sure her customers are happy and satisfied. She loves her job but everyone has those days but she holds her head held high and strong. She was good to me and my daughter. Very easy to talk to and have a conversation with. Keep up the good work Angela

Office was closed at 4pm when their sign said they’re open until 5:30Was not provided with a free lockUnit was dirty with some nasty items left inside including wrappers and a package of face masks.Wish I could give negative -10 stars

The manager was friendly. They're a bit over priced for not being climate controlled. They have rodent traps everywhere - not sure if they help or not, haven't actually been inside our storage unit in quite awhile.*** Their claim that somebody has reached out to me is completely false. No one has attempted to communicate with me in any way. So now the owner is a liar.

Made Reservation, got there to find out the move-in kiosk was broke, people sleeping in units ( multiple units). Sent us to another local location only to discover the code won't work because the call center operator signed me up for another location after he confirmed it was location I asked for. After 4th different location I finally got into my unit. They also promised a lock to be in unit-only to find no lock anywhere inside. Luckily I already bought my own to use. If not for the cheaper priced unit, I would've went somewhere else the first location!

Never again will I deal with their poor business practice and poor customer serviceWe rented a lot for our camper in the Spring of 2020 when we purchased our camper. I thought it was reasonably priced at $76 a month. February 2021 and our Catalytic Convertor was stolen while on the lot. We made the property manager aware of the theft. Her reply was "oh I wonder if it's the same people that broke into some of the other trailers back there.". Wait...WHAT?!? They didn't bother to call and tell us about this because "it didn't look like our unit was touched.". we go make a police report and the officer says that they couldn't even get on the lot because they don't have a code. The next month our rent was increased to $87. ok fine if they make security improvements. They did not. They fence around the property is dilapidated and the cameras are only at the front of the complex. February 2023- we left on a long vacation. We returned to find the unit next to us was rented out and they were parked half on our spot so we had a hard time getting our unit parked. We visited the office and informed them of our issue. The new property manager called but weeks later nothing has been done. We had another long trip planned in early May. We get back and find a notice in our mailbox that our storage fee will once again increase. This time it's $101. Now supposedly this is with a military discount. So we found another more secure lot and we moved. We called an hour after we left. They said "remove your card from Autopay and that's it. No other action needs to be made". So tell me why did I just get an email on June 5 saying my invoice was due. Will NOT be dealing with this shady company again.

Please allow me to share the professionalism of the Office Manager (Lee) from start to finish. My wife and I were greeted with a smile and a welcome. He listened to our need and offered suggestions to accommodate. Lee explained in detail every step in the rental agreement to the gate entry timeframe so there were no surprises. Excellent Customer Service!

Great customer service! There was a mix-up with my online reservation, Lee contacted his manager and they worked together to make it right. Mistakes are a part of life, it’s how we handle and correct those mistakes that sets people apart.

You have messed up twice in the last two months. First you stopped my rental (lock off for a few days while my car was being fixed), and now you have stopped access a second time (when reinstated, the automatic payment was stopped). Not a happy camper. Not at all.

Lee is absolutely the best! The storage facilities’ value is exemplified by the office staff. Love the idea of the coffee shops next door, too, however SORA needs to add their neighbor’s signage/coffee shop name (and light it up! I drove right by SORA last night and did even know about the coffee shop…two immensely obvious opportunities to take care of in one fell swoop!).

Can’t ever find anyone on site, we’ve been locked out multiple times now because the gate codes don’t work, no one staffing the front desk due to staffing shortages. Even calling the district office they can’t get any codes to work. Not recommended, we’ll be switching to a new storage unit company soon.

This is an awful location to store anything of importance. They DO NOT utilize their security cameras. I had a 14' trailer stolen from their lot, and they provided zero assistance in helping the police, and never provided video footage. They have refused to pay the court settlement from this case. Many friends have felt this is a very low quality establishment. Fences surrounding are damaged, units messed with, etc. Do NOT use for storing anything outside in their lots. 7 locks were cut to steal my trailer, and they have ZERO insights to how/when, even though they promise 24/7 surveillance in a secure facility.
