I was In Kalamazoo on a golf trip and dropped in on Friday and Monday mornings for the 5am open gym. They were very welcoming and super friendly. Rollie, Erin, Anthony, and the rest of the crew made me feel right at home. They also put me through a pretty rough workout! Wouldn’t have it any other way. Thanks again for the friendliness and hospitality, I appreciate it!

With nothing but fantastic coaches this is the place to be. Regardless of what physical level you’re at you can benefit from the training. Most importantly a fantastic culture of encouragement and support where all are welcomed. If you’re looking for a stand around the water cooler posing and meat market culture gym, this is not it.

The coaching staff is highly knowledgeable and super friendly as well as being very keen on making accommodations for health purposes for members. I have been dropping-in Crossfit AZO during the holidays for past 4 years and would definitely recommend this place to everyone! The coaches are very nice and provide great coaching cues, the community is friendly and fun to be around during wods, and the facilities are fantastic.The workouts are always challenging, but modifiable for beginners. I usually go on their website or facebook page to check out the next days workout - it's another added plus for them to publish their workouts online for those who are interested. I always look forward to coming back. Check this box out if you are in the area!
