Edit: as I started using my air this summer, my car had this horrible smell. Had Cole Buick look at it and they said we can smell it but found no leak and sent me on my way with a stinky car. Still smells. Extremely disappointed!
I bought an Encore GX from Stew Robinson. He did an excellent job explaining all the features. Eric from finances was very efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks Stew and Eric for a great experience!

old guy refused me to test drive a car i was interested in. said i had to be able to “prove i could purchase it.” i’ve never had an issue at a dealership before like this, nor have i ever been profiled before. this must be why their cars sit on the lot for months before being being purchased.

Lack of communication about vehicle repair status. Brought vehicle in for service in the morning. Despite having an appointment, I got no updates until I reached out at almost 5 o'clock. Required another day to have initial work request completed, despite having the repairs requested and parts in stock. Again, no communication until I again reached out late in the afternoon. Not sure why a simple rear brake job and differential fluid change required two days, but the inconvenience and lack of communication with the service department was not acceptable.

Rebecca and Matt were super helpful when I came in not knowing what piece of my car was dragging underneath. They were able to immediately get my car in, diagnosed it and fixed it within 15 minutes. I am extremely thankful as I am from out of town and was worried about my 2 hour drive home! Thank you so very much!
