I asked for a rear lift van, plus told I needed to pick up by 8am. I called two weeks before the date I needed it was told yes he would make sure I had that van but would have to bring it from another site but would have it there on 8/1/2018, and yes I could pick it up by 8. Ok got a call day before nope could not get it till 8:15-8:30. So then get there and guess what nope not a rear lift van .Side which don't work due to set to stand lift we must uses for my mother. Last time lift didn't fit in the side van. So now we're taking my mom for her 91st birthday to a tigers game with no lift. Tickets paid for 4, and handlycap paarking garage, so can't not go. But i took it not knowing after front seat was taken out if we could or not. But i was to upset we had to use a belt to take her from wheelchair to bathrooms, 3 people lifting her, 2 disable from neck surgerys, one a disable vet. Made it much harder. Lift kelp not working right a few times had to use manual to open it at times. Very upsetting day starting with time change and then wrong van. / /Next day got to portage site to drop off by 8:15, place closed but door unlocked, we videos when we went in, I checked the back, no one answered, my son went to the bathroom no one there, we waited till 8:35, I left a note and placed keys in a drawer. We left my mother for that time alone to bring it back on time, didn't get a call stating no one would be there to not bring it back then. My son called as we left to let them know that we've been there. Guess they didn't lock it yesterday. Oh well we returned it.
