I wish I could say that the bad reviews are not accurate but I am walking out of this bank an hour before close because I asked about opening a new account and was told “not today”. The teller did not even ASK the banker. She just blew me off and shrugged. Saying he would not be able to help me. This suggests that it takes an hour or more to open an account. Although she did say only 30 minutes or so was standard. Still I was refused service and she went back to gossiping with the 3 other girls there. Only one of them was helping people. The others were holding the carpet in place. No wonder the sign up deals are so good. They don’t apply if they won’t let you bank there.

I have had dealings with this branch many years. I have nothing but praise for this group of professionals(they are not stiff though)I’m not computer literate, they know that and help me with any banking issues.

None of their ATM’s ever work/take or give funds. Online support is a joke. I have one issue after another even since I opened the account. I will be switching banks at the end of the month once all direct deposit’s have processed. I would not recommend this bank to anyone for any reason!

omg do NOT bank with these people if you value your moneythey will just lie to you and then steal itNice front they put on so you will deposit your money with them and then guess what.... "your funds are not available"After 2 1/2 hours and 17 phone calls (even 6 to Houston, TX) and proved to them the answer they wanted and doing their job for them.... they still stole my moneyI used to always used to use credit unions but they have seemed even more difficult lately. So I thought I would give a bank a try again and I chose CHASE unfortunately. After being lied to on the phone and then lied to the first 48 hours I had my account now I am trapped.Just nothing but liars and crooks!!!! Do NOT bank with them!!!!When I get my $$ back I will be going back to a credit union

Why? Why in the world would any establishment move their ATM from the inside, locked, secured area to outside in the open where anything can happen? Seriously why? What can possibly be gained by doing this? Maybe a robbery, maybe a mugging or two, but beyond that I can not even fathom the thought process behind this change. Let’s not even mention how it’s barely functional. I obviously need a new bank.

Their ATM will only read money orders 25% of the time. If it can't read them it will not reject them, but hold them in the machine and then print you a receipt saying to call their 800 number to make sure it was deposited. For a YEAR it previously would just reject them and now holding the deposit is their "FIX".I deposited a money order for $100 a few days ago and it never credited my account for it. I called the local branch and it's impossible to talk to a human and it hangs up on me and tells me to call again later!The hours was also terrible too. Closing way too early, especially on a Saturday.

As seen this branch received low ratings. Why? I don't understand. I went to this branch today with my family to open an account. The teller, Matt, I believe his name was, was professional and personable. He was able to connect me with a banker, JJ. JJ was equipped and ready to assist. He made the transition of opening an account simple and easy. He highlighted all the important parts and even help setup online banking via phone. All In all it was a great experience. Thank you. I know this bank it a tad bit far, but I will return and I highly recommend.

I went into his bank to get information to discuss moving a respectable sum of money to this bank from Wells Fargo and a credit union. The personal banker Lora was helpful at first but the more questions I had the more I felt unwelcome. I felt that this bank did not want my business. She was difficult to get ahold of my the phone but she may have been overworked due to the 4th of July holiday. At my third visit when I was ready to open the account. The personal banker seem very irritated that I spoke about the possibility of talking to the financial advisor. Stating and I paraphrase that it may be a waste of her time to speak with me. I choose to get up and leave vs being disrespected. Very disappointing...

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No one could tell me what was going on with my account or why I received an specific email all they did was transfer me around to other reps that you CANNOT understand due to heavy accents. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
