“We had a bad experience with the enterprise across the road and came to the airport in a pinch to get a rental. We had the best customer service with Ryan. He was able to find us a car, had it pulled up for us, and it was clean. He explained the paperwork and what we were signing well. He was kind to our situation, easy to work with, and made a very stressful situation for us very pleasant. We were thankful he was there with a smile that day and was able to help us. “Hertz has been one of my top rental car choices over the years and I have no complaints. I did have an issue recently, however, they took the time to make it right and that goes a long way- good customer service. I recommend the Toyota Camry hybrid for the highway- it’s got some power under the hood and is extremely quiet. No plug-in required as the gasoline engine and regenerative braking system handles charging; The gasoline engine is still the primary power source.
Hertz has a quick & easy return and remains one of my top choices.”
“Alamo was the best for us this last weekend. The vehicles were clean and in good condition but the icing and cherry on top was the customer service from a young lady by the name of Desiree.
