Car was great this time.Last time the car smelled terrible but they made it right even though I told them not to worry about me- just fix it for the next person.Staff is always nice at this location.”

“We had a bad experience with the enterprise across the road and came to the airport in a pinch to get a rental. We had the best customer service with Ryan. He was able to find us a car, had it pulled up for us, and it was clean. He explained the paperwork and what we were signing well. He was kind to our situation, easy to work with, and made a very stressful situation for us very pleasant. We were thankful he was there with a smile that day and was able to help us. “I had rented the car from ORD returning to AZO (Kalamazoo Battle Creek Airport) and returned the car late dropping the keys in the drop box. Realized the next day that I had forgotten my backpack in the car. Called up the location and the person serving (god forgive me to forget his name) was so prompt to quickly check if the backpack was still there and called me back saying that is is secured and you can come and collect it after verifying the color of the bag.
