Steve is such a great salesman and guy all around. I went in thinking I wouldn't get anything after my luck this past year, but no matter what frustration I had Steve was so patient and kind to me. Steve and Time even offered to give me a ride home from the cold. I have never been to a car lot like this where I got great customer service, low down payments and a great car. Steve even made sure whatever wasn't right it'll be done soon as possible. Steve shows he has been in this business for a long time throughout Michigan and he knows what he is talking about. Please if you need a good car and don't want to be sold a lemon go to the Car City in Kalamazoo, Michigan and ask for Steve. Thank you again, I love my new car and my car payments.

This was an absolutely horrible place to go. First I do app online says I got approved then I go there and the guy gets my W2 my latest check stub and I have cash of $1500 to put down he wants check stubs from August and October I sent them to him and I still have not heard from Steve so I guess I'll take my money elsewhere. Not friendly and very unorganized like if I'm already approved then what is the problem....

This company is a scam!!!!
Locals are helpful to the extent they can be but if higher-ups are involved hep is non existent
Car City delivered us a faulty car after rolling us into another lease following an accident, the ended up not starting after two days, stranding me in Battle Creek, we sent it to the shop (where we still had to pay almost a 40.00 deductible for their failure to check the engine ) it worked for another couple days before throwing engine problems again.
Their corporate wants to continue to dodge, despite having physically shown them the problems on the car city lot, and refuse to help with transportation when it's even a 4 day wait just to get it diagnosed. Trying to go through support channels is like pulling teeth, no one wants to pick up the phone or answer . In the meantime my job is threatened due to missing almost three weeks at this point. This is unacceptable. I will be reported to the Consumer Protection Bureau and most likely the AGs office looking for relieve under the consumer lending laws and UCL.
Our situation is looking remarkably similar to a case in California court of appeals where Car City was found to be in violation of those laws
( Quillen V Car City ) . So we may be seeking those remedies too

They're awful and put in kill switches, which they tell you about, but they don't tell you that if you are three days late they can shut the car off. Left me stranded at work then left me stranded away from home. I had to deal with Orbit leasing. It was a horrible experience and avoid this company at all cost.

Absolutely got screwed buying a car with an engine light that came on immediately and no help getting a rental or anything to drive while it got looked at. Just an "im sorry." I would never recommend this place. Once you leave youre on your own

Giving a 5 star based on the phenomenal services I received at car city. My conditions were less than ideal, but Steve was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. This was also my first lease and he explained everything extremely well, giving me more of a piece of mind making this larger purchase. The process from start to finish was extremely easy and Steve was a great help
