I like the doctors here but that front desk staff is something else they are extremely rude for people who work at a children's office. First I get phone call and she asks for insurance info and was rude on the call said to just bring card in. So we get there I come in and the lady with curly red hair is one who checks me in and was extremely rude to me about insurance and made me feel embarrassed and upset for no reason and then this older lady behind desk was talking rudely about this patients dad and how the patient is late and was snapping at him I could not believe they were talking about people like that especially with another person (me) right there. Just completely unprofessional and do not wish to return.

Doctors are good there but trying to get in to see one when you have a sick child is ridiculousMore than once we have been on the phone trying to get in for over a half hour

We love this pediatrician’s office! Dr. Dykla is so good with my son, and made us all feel at ease. Everyone is friendly, and they have great hours and knowledgeable, friendly nurses when you need to call and talk about sickness with your kids. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Dr Elias is awesome! We've been going here since 2015 for all three of our children and would never go anywhere else. The patient reps, MAs, and nurses have all been helpful and kind. They are especially good at giving shots quickly and efficiently so we can snuggle and dry tears afterwards.

I was enjoying our visits with this office until today. It always seems like it’s problems with Bronson. They don’t care about you or your baby. It’s not the doctors as much as it is the nurses. Save yourself the hassle.

I love Dr. Keeley! She is amazing and so patient with my first time mom questions! Being a parent is scary especially when my kid is sick! the nurses and staff here are so helpful and so nice!

I have had a difficult time finding a new pediatrician for my daughter (after Gaggino retired) and feel like we hit the jackpot with Dr.Dodich. She is always so kind, easy to talk to and provides timely responses when I reach out via MyChart.Highly recommend her!

We've enjoyed everyone we have seen at this location but I cannot say the same about the Stadium location. We see Mary Schira at the Centre location and she is great! She hears me and my concerns. She isn't closed minded and is realistic with expectations and goals. She is overall a pleasure to speak with. Office staff is helpful. The nurse triage phone service is a wonderful resource for us, as we are new parents and learning. Book your appointments ahead of time to ensure you get a date and time that will work for you. Last minute rescheduling can be stressful but it is understandable with how far booked out they are. Everyone wants to see them! We drive from Marshall for every appointment.
