Staff here have always been polite & helpful. Which is awesome since people are usually sick in a hurry when at a medical practice. The bathrooms and general building are clean and kept well. The parking lot is not as well maintained but is ok, it is plowed and salted well though. It is nice that it has immediate care, pharmacy, labs, and general ppratice all in one building.

The "In Quicker" scheduling system makes you think you can make an appointment ahead of time and just walk in. Not so. Arrived fifteen minutes before scheduled appointment time (as instructed) to be told walk-ins had all exam rooms tied up for at least the next hour and a half. So, what's the point in scheduling?

While the medical services are adequate, the amount of time spent providing redundant information is overwhelming. Every visit has followed this pattern: 20 minutes to make appointment by phone. Arrive 15 early for "paperwork" on slow devices that work poorly. Repeat everything 7 times to different people before being told you can just barely qualify for the absolute minimum of actual diagnostic processes like labs or scans. Spend next 6 months following up on out of the blue phone calls from private billing agencies because none of the 9 total times you've updated your info in their systems have effectively informed anyone that needed the data.

Friendly and I felt like they covered all basis for my issue . As this was the second time I needed to go to immediate care in a week. The previous immediate care I went to was horrible and that being the reason I needed to return again. Very thorough and friendly on top of it making my second experience at immediate care in a week very nice!

Nice to have a pharmacy right in the area of the doctor office. Helps to avoid extra travel when you are sick.

Great service, they would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that last time, the directions for my ear drops stated "apply 5 drops 3 times a day in the right eye".😂😂😂😂 they are humans too. I am back today again picking up 3 prescription.

If your looking for a pharmacy that will "short-count" your prescription and then call you a liar when you call them out for their insurance fraud then this is the perfect pharmacy for you. I was shorted 30 tablets on a high blood pressure medication by this pharmacy when I was supposed to receive 90 tablets on a fill, which is a three month supply. I didn't realize their mistake until two months latter when I ran out and refilled the script at a local Walgreen's Pharmacy. Walgreen's contacted them and was told by Woodbridge Pharmacy that they in fact did short me 30 tablets, and that I should go back to them to receive the 30 tablets that I was shorted on the script. When I called Woodbridge Pharmacy to confirm that they would provide me with the tablets that they shorted me, I was told by their pharmacist - Michael - that "we don't make those kind of mistakes" at Woodbridge Pharmacy. This arrogant idiot then had the nerve to insinuate that I was fabricating the entire story. I DO NOT recommend this Pharmacy under any circumstances as they have demonstrated that they will commit insurance fraud, lie to cover it up, and then cast dispersions on their customers when they are called to the carpet for their fraud and incompetence.
