“I have to say I had the most amazing experience here. After being crashed into at a red light I needed to take my vehicle to Body shop. This location came highly recommended and now I know why. From the moment my claim was sent over to when I walked through the doors I was welcomed and reassured all was going to be ok. Wil the wonderful man at the front desk helped me set up a rental through enterprise. I was clueless to this whole process. I’ve never had to make a claim or had been in an accident! He took care all the paperwork sent it over to Kay at enterprise for my rental. I needed to get to work that day and Will arranged a driver to drop me off at work until my rental was ready. The driver was amazing our conversation flowed so nicely made me feel very comfortable. I was going to sit in the back seat and he told me I was more than welcome to sit in front which I thought was very nice. I got to work safely, the night before was the first snow fall so the roads weren’t the best. Trevor kept me updated throughout the process and my car was ready sooner than expected a whole 10 days early. The whole team here is amazing! Totally exceeded my expectations!”

They got us in that day (late on Friday) and we got our estimate and insurance approved the next day. They worked as fast/hard as they could having to replace an entire side and much work under the vehicle as well, plus painting. Even with Christmas, they still got it done by their estimated time. They updated us several times during the process. They were excellent and friendly and our car looks and runs great.”
